Bankrupt Casey Anthony interviewed by KPHO CBS in Phoenix #2

But..but..."she" is not smart enough to figure any of this out. It is all "her attorneys" (remember their cozy pictures of Team Casey at Xmas time)? They are are the ones coming up with all of this for this poor, indigent woman.

What I want to know is...why? Why would anyone of them have any incentive to draw all this out? Why? Let a dead dog lie.

It was reported that she was playing with one of her attys' tie during the BK hearing. If she would do that in a courtroom, what would she do in private. She supposedly is smart enuf to be a paralegal, but she signs a statement under oath that had an error in that it said it was for change of address and that was not the case. She got thru by flirting before all this happened, and as they say a leopard doesn't change it spots. The only reason I can think that they are doing this is because they think there is a book in their future.

JMO

I totally agree with you. She doesn't know how to tell the truth. Unfortunately, some people will buy her book. I just hope the number is so few that not even enough money is made to pay the ghost writer.

JMO

It's sad, for sure. Sad that so many people who are outraged by this unusual person going free would buy her book or tune in to see her on Dr. Phil or wherever. Even some who claim they refuse to do anything to line her pockets will beg others to read the book (or watch the program) and report publicly on what it contains. The point I am trying to make is this: Some people may be interested out of curiosity, others out of sheer disgust over a child killer cashing in on her evil deeds. The peddlers of the nonsense will not care why people are interested, only that they are.

Bottom line is this: Just expressing an interest in advance for what she might say or write makes her nonsense marketable. Really, your money would be better spent if it were donated to Klaas Kids or Equusearch.

A book in who's future? At this point, there are so many parasites leeching on that the money made ain't off of a book of lies ain't gonna spread too far. Even Cindy's book will tank.

If it's gonna be at least 6 months before the civil suits can commence and then the BK completion, then I think nobody's book will sell. CA is already old news. Too many other things have, and are happening for anyone to waste much time on her or anyone connected with her.

JMO

I really want the civil trials to happen, more than I ever did, because I think she and her jesters thought the BK filing would make that all go away. Civil verdicts aside, as things stand for now she will have to deal with these issues, and methinks she probably doesn't wanna.

She said that's why she filed BK, so that she would not have to deal with it. Just wants to get on with her life! What she doesn't want to do is answer questions under oath. I don't think Zenada's attys. are going to handle her with kid gloves or be taken in by her flirty ways and I think she knows it.

JMO

I'm not sure if I should be pleased or disappointed that Zenaida's case will proceed before the bankruptcy.... if she wins and is awarded damages- what then? Is that award canceled out with the bankruptcy or can her future earnings be held hostage ? aaaargh!

How can they prepare for Zenaida's case without being able to depose Casey?
That makes no sense ( to me).

I have been thinking about her having to testify in the bankruptcy and came to the conclusion that it could hurt any books/interviews/whatever she might try to use to make money. She will be under oath and have to tell the truth(CA tell the truth-oxymoron). That might devalue any thing that she would try to sell in the future. I bet her attys. try to prevent this from happening. Whatever happens will be another delay and another year lost for CA to make her "millions".

Maybe that is the reason for it to go forward in another court instead of bankruptcy. The BK Judge would not allow questioning, but the civil case should follow all the rules of any civil case. I think it was Logicalgirl that said the BK Judge's ruling that the civil trials must go thru was a good thing. I agree with her opinion.

bbm
IMO..that is the main reason.
OCA does not want to face the music in regards to the LIES she told....she'll hide behind her lawyers and the Appeal for as long as she can...

I always wondered how Andrea Lyon managed to get Baez and OCA on board and have her change her plea to Guilty at the last minute for her check fraud trial
Even more astonishing is how Lyon managed to get OCA to choke out a small apology in court..

http://www.cnn.com/2010/CRIME/01/25/florida.casey.anthony.court/index.html
"I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm sorry for what I did," she said. "I take complete and full responsibility for my actions, and I'd like to apologize to Amy. I wish I'd been a better friend.

Then what do we witness Baez and OCA turn on Amy when she came back to Florida to testify against her in the murder trial
It seems OCA holds grudges as we witnessed with how Amy was treated during and after he testimony at the murder trial.
http://caseyanthony-trial.blogspot.ca/2011/06/amy-huizenga-caseys-former-best-friend.html
"As Amy Huizenga retook the stand, Casey glared at her as she walked by.
Jose then accused Amy of drinking heavily during that time, saying that she drank almost every night. Amy responded that she didn't drink every night, maybe 3-4 nights a week.
Jose then tried to make Amy look sleazy, saying that she went after Casey's boyfriends.
Reports are that as Amy left the courthouse yesterday, after her first day of testimony, she was served with a subpoena by Casey's Anthony's defense.

BMM
I agree.

It was the BK judge who said they could not depose her in the BK case
He wants the Civil case resolved first..

Do I have that right?

That's the way I understand it. As I said earlier, if she has to testify under oath in the civil cases, then that will devalue any story she has to tell. Also the more time that elapses, the more her story devalues. I can see around a year elapsing before the civil cases can begin (has to wait at least 6 months for the appeal on the lying charges). All the time she is getting older, not gaining any kind of work experience, education or monies.

JMO

Another thought that crossed my mind is that noone has been able to find out where she is. I think it is because it is not worth the time or money to try and find her. If someone wanted to expend the money, they could find her, but what then. Not much they could do.

It would not surprise me if Zenadia's attys. know where she is.

JMO

I am beginning to understand the BK Judge's decision. Although, he didn't rule on selling the story, it would make sense that if the trustee can't sell a story that has not been written, then CA can't discharge a debt that has not occurred.
