No doubt in my mind, she is just waiting to get the civil suits out of the way. In her mind, she thinks she will be able to make all kinds of money thru the media. (I bet she had not even thought of all the ways that she could do it until she read what was in the trustee's motion.)

I really hope that the trustee's motion is approved and the right to her story is auctioned.

I, also, hope that this motion is granted. I only hope that the winning bid isn't much more than is needed to pay her debt and the courts. Then, she will go away broke, with no story to sell, and still be facing the ZG, TM, and RK civil suits. If Karma plays this correctly, we have the potential to see KC saddled with settlement amounts that could follow her for the rest of her life. With no avenue to profit from her lies, she will be left as she was before the trial. Broke and jobless, with no real ambition, and no real plans. If she ever makes any money, the court will take it for the lawsuit settlements. No one in their right mind would marry her knowing that she comes with so much debt owed. I would imagine that any of the hangers-on that thought they were going to share in the "big pay day" they all thought was coming will disappear, taking their support and their wallets with them. After that, anyone stupid enough to let her into their lives will deserve what she dishes out to them. Like Ron White says, "You can't fix stupid!" I think we all better buckle up. This may be a bumpy ride.

My big wonder is if this wasn't anticipated by her BK lawyer. A clean way to get rid of the civil suits, pay off her debts, AND sell her story with a nice little profit.

On the other hand, I could see KC manipulating a person near and dear to her to write their own accounts of their own story and give her money. I can see the title now, "My Life with Casey Anthony"...or something of the like.

Good point! Cindy and George have a proven track record of selling whatever they can get their hands on associated to this case...they are selling and they get paid, from hotel rooms to crab cakes, flights and limos. They sell foundations and interviews, photos and access to the house, copyrights to little Caylee's name (and I wouldn't doubt it if they had something to do with that doll that was being sold!), whatever it takes to generate cash that they just then use to get tattoos, go on cruises, live a lifestyle and also turn over to KC.

I bet KC thinks that she is in fact supporting thousands of people with her untold story already! Look at how many people are actually making a living off of her controversy and being associated with her. She must love it! This all just making her more solid in her narcisssism!

Do we actually know that or did one of her heels rip a big hole in her tights while Mason had her headlocked and was dragging her to the door.

I like the "peed herself" story but as with most stories, I have my doubts that it's true.

Where did the sugar daddy story come from? I'd have thought if someone got off on macabre stuff they would want to parade their "prize" around in publick for some kind of "thrill" with people's reactions.

Who besides a legal team who have their own self interest at heart for supporting her ( eg did America know who Mr. Greene was before his face hit a camera - or Baez for that matter) but seriously sneaking around to her hidey hole AND paying for it.

Don't think so. Too many willing younger gorgeous girls out there.

Oh wait - I "get it" - Lohan has "Mr. Pink" and Kim has "Kanye" so of course FCA has a sugar daddy.......sheesh.

The judge in Casey Anthony's Chapter 7 bankruptcy has set a date next month to hear argument on whether her life story is an asset which can be sold in order to pay her debts.

The hearing was set for the morning of April 9 at the Sam M. Gibbons United States Courthouse in Tampa.

The trustee overseeing Casey Anthony's bankruptcy recently asked U.S. Bankruptcy Judge K. Rodney May for permission to sell "the exclusive worldwide rights in perpetuity to the commercialization of Anthony's life story" including her daughter's death and her high-profile murder trial.

According to trustee Stephen L. Meininger's motion, there has already been a $10,000 offer on the rights from a man who wants to buy them in order to prevent Anthony from profiting off them in the future. Meininger says he anticipates other offers, and suggested the rights could be auctioned off to the highest bidder.

The winning bid would go toward paying Anthony's debts, which exceed $792,000.

Also set for hearing April 9 is a motion by Zenaida Gonzalez, a woman suing Anthony for defamation, for the judge's permission to further question Anthony about her finances, and who's been supporting her. Anthony's legal team countered that Gonzalez's lawyers already had that chance at a recent creditors' meeting.

Gonzalez is suing because Anthony said in 2008 a similarly named nanny had kidnapped her daughter, Caylee. The girl was later found dead. Authorities said the nanny never existed.

Anthony was acquitted of all major charges in her daughter's death in 2011.

You know - I have noticed something very strange about this whole bankruptcy and media thing.

Don't you think in the past we always saw headlines almost instantly that anything was happeing with FCA - BOOM! - Click Orlando, the Orlando Sentinel, Wesh, RadaronLine, TMZ, and a whole raft of others would be right on it.

I know I always thought wow - these outlets really are watching what is going on with FCA - doesn't seem to be any lack of interest at all.

AND YET....the Trustee wants to sell FCA's assets story - it's a BIG one - right? I think bigger than the bankruptcy itself. And yet, Mr. Greene has been .....SILENT. Mr. Baez...SILENT...Mr Mason...SILENT.

Why? I think because she isn't likely to win this one! So why aren't the news channels carrying it?

I THINK IT'S OBVIOUS - THE DEFENSE TEAM DOESN'T LIKE THIS AND DIDN'T ALERT THE MEDIAL LIKE THEY ALWAYS HAVE DONE IN THE PAST.:what:

Now we know where all this so-called media intensity has come from - the Defense has obviously been deliberately generating it! While hollering "leave her alone!"
