Why I continue to lurk this case is because, I am waiting for the tide to turn. I feel as many do, a personal dislike of Casey that does not arise with all cases. I admit I see her as a poster child for all that is wrong in our world.

It is not just that Casey killed Caylee, and in the way that she did-and acted afterward. That is bad enough. It is the amazing amount of help she has had, the baffling amount of so called adult/professionals who have come to her aid. And to the detriment of a child!

I do not subscribe to any spiritual/religious belief system that I could with authority say to anyone "I'm telling ya, it's true." Because I get confused myself. I strive for love at all times. I do not succeed at all times, obviously. I do not wish to hate anyone. Not even those who have done harm to the innocent. But, I do. I am not being very trusting of love to sort it out-or I am impatient waiting for her rein to end but I know I want something. From my world perspective, the whole world has gone mad(for about the last at least 5,000 years) and I am looking for the cure.

I feel so strongly that the truth come out about what really happened to Caylee but I feel even more strongly that this wrong of such a blatant liar getting away with step after step must be corrected.

It's the lying. I must have been one heck of a liar in my last life(I am leaning toward the more than one life thing, I do have to say) because oh buddy do I hate lying!

A liar killed Caylee and lies by Cindy, George and Lee helped her get away with it. How can we get around the fact that human beings who murder are gonna lie about it? By having authority(court/law)that is above reproach. I have asked if lies are allowed by anyone is court and have been informed, no they are not.

I am at impasse. If no one lied in court, especially Casey's council-then she is telling the truth. Then why is George not being investigated for what is the truth about him? If no one lied in court, then how can the prosecutors have a completely different story from the defense? And, shouldn't someone be bringing charges on all of the officers who broke the law and violated Casey's rights? Shouldn't everyone have to account for taking advantage of a girl who was so horribly abused and has such emotional and metal scars she was forced to ugly cope while living with the knowledge her father had molested and killed her daughter?

What I can not grasp is the "have it both ways" outcome we have here. Jose must file this on this date, it is a law" Jose does not. Why is he not seen as a the least being a poor employee but at worst is breaking the law? "Because of this or that or this." I said this many times during this trial, I thought the law of all things-was the law. I understand my questions are all moot. I don't know all the reasons why, but if people thought like I did or the world ran the way I was taught to believe it did-I wouldn't be mystified. As I said, impasse.

So, no one lied-and still I have this anger at the case. I (can you believe it?)wrote this post so I could post a song I have recently had the pleasure of hearing. The lyrics put into words what I feel is the reality of those who seek to gain from others suffering, in any way. It helps me to remember that they are getting away with "a handful of sand."

I have been lurking and reading your posts, I am always so pleased to experience the respect and caring that is here. I like reading what your thoughts and feelings are, for most of the time they are my own and I enjoy how passionate everyone is for the truth-even when they disagree. Disagree, not lie. No lies can live here because facts are expected before anything is said to be "truth." I think that the most- is what makes me a WS follower/reader. I have seen time and time again, when presented with facts WSers allow those through while pushing their emotions/theories to the side. But mostly their feelings/theories were right. :blushing: They just usually have to wait for the facts to catch up. IMHO.

It would be truth to say this has been a rant. I do not expect any responses to my questions, the answer is "because". I do find comfort in others who seem to feel the same. I appreciate being a (if now a days lurking)member here.

im not sure it was radar. i DO remember getting a national enquirer mag that had a simliar story, some stupid person left a note on her door, saying to effect i know where you live/ and so fearing for her life( sarcasm) they fled and ushered her to a new secret locale. irrc at the time she did have bodyguard(s) but only for a short time/ because eventually the $$ would dry up and she would be ( gasp) on her own.:twocents:

This is not meant to contradict you, but I don't believe a word Baez says- I would bet she was hidden in plain sight, really close to her home. As you say, people were looking for her everywhere but Orlando .

2) This Realty company's business address is in Brevard County

3) People think/believe they have seen a woman who resembles OCA walking a dog in Ocean Woods but no one knows for certain it's her.

4) Realty company listed as creditor has/had listings in Ocean Woods (not surprised if they did...it is a real estate company after all)

Oh, I absolutely agree with you. Your list does not in any way prove Casey lives or lived in Ocean Woods. To be honest, I really have not given it that much thought. My original post had more to do with people getting scammed by the A-team. If the Realtor listed on the Creditor list did indeed rent to her, he was scammed. IMO.

I think some people are forgetting FCA can be just like a chameleon - able to change colors in a minute depending on the situation.

Right now, I think she is acting like she is the young girl (not woman) who was wrongly accused of murdering her sweet baby whom she loved so much and would never ever harm, the girl who had been abused her whole life. She is being ms goody two shoes to her attorneys as she needs them as long as this bankruptcy takes and because they are catering to her right now. She is basking in her dream world with everything paid for and no responsibilities to deal with and believing that after everything is over, she will finally become the princess whom she has always dreamed of with plenty of money and everyone bowing down to her.

However, the reality will eventually take over and she will again show her true colors. Every time I see her fiddling with the Caylee ashes necklace in the videos, I can imagine her evil mind enjoying the memory of every minute of how she murdered Caylee and was able to get away with it. Everyone believes her lies at least for awhile and until she can hook up with the next gullible person.

As far as taking pictures, I say take them, show them and sell them. There is a zoom feature on most of the cameras and phones now so you don't have to be in her face. She needs to be outed for living this surreal dreamworld she is in now.

She is exactly like a chameleon, and this is why I believe she now wants to be a paralegal. Who does she spend all her time with ... her lawyers. She will be whoever she needs to be at the time. It doesn't mean she will ever get off her rump and do the work needed to become one, but I'm sure she'll talk a good game if it is getting her some gratification from people she's around.
This goes back to her reasons for killing Caylee. She needed to be just like her new group of friends, especially the object of her obsession, Tony, and they were typical college-aged kids .. living a carefree lifestyle. She wanted to be one too, but being the mother of a small child didn't fit. Look at the time and effort she put into the whole shot-girl thing because she thought that would impress tony.

Yes, it was reported also that she got a threatening email and the infamous post-it note. I still think it was a landlord trying to collect rent. Who else knew her location besides her legal team?

In my opinion, this where-is-FCA issue comes down to personal preference in what we choose to believe. Some believe she lives in Ocean Woods condo ... some do not believe she lives there. We all have a right to our own opinions. All have valid points.

Some require more proof than what is out there currently.
Some do not need more proof to believe it. I am in this category.

When I watched the WKMG video of the reporter who, himself, lives in Cape Canaveral, talking to the two women who say they are neighbors of FCA, and who have addresses in Ocean Woods community, I was convinced that she does live there.

The one woman, Monica Vandevender has NO doubt whatsoever that it was FCA, and she was concerned that the public would flood into Ocean Woods due to their hatred of this particular resident. She said her husband has seen FCA also. They did not wobble on their conviction that it was indeed FCA in their community. This woman and her husband are business owners in this community. The bodyguard issue is separate - who knows who he is or what role this man plays in FCA's current life.

The other woman, Dakota Wheeler, also has NO doubt whatsoever that FCA lives near her in Ocean Woods community and that it is no secret to many people who live there. She said it was the worst kept secret. It was not a cause for hysteria for this woman -- just a well known fact. This woman is a wound ostomy and continence nurse and her husband is a NASA Space Center plant physiologist - not flighty silly people.

It does not concern me that no photos have been taken of FCA in Ocean Woods.
Many various reasons have already been offered in this forum as to why there may be no photos.

I choose to believe the PEOPLE magazine report that FCA does live in Ocean Woods community and that George leased the condo for her. I believe that information has been confirmed.

When PEOPLE magazine contacted George's attorney, Lippman, and the attorney issued no denial, I believed it was true that FCA lives there and that George leased the condo for her. It would have been easy to say that George has nothing to do with any of it.

I choose to believe the many sightings of FCA in the Ocean Woods community, by many different people who do not know each other and did not make any money off their info. They know what they saw. They told what they saw in a casual setting of social media.

I choose to believe the owner of the Green Room Cafe in Cocoa Beach, Debbie Wright, who reported that her customer has seen FCA in there.

I choose to believe the sightings of FCA and her parents at:

- Fish Lips Waterfront Bar & Grill - Cape Canaveral
- The Green Room Cafe - Cocoa Beach

I believe the Realtor listed in FCA's bankruptcy filing is the realtor for her condo in the Ocean Woods community, as it has been verified that this particular realtor has properties in Ocean Woods.

I believe FCA will soon move out now that her place has been revealed, and then the search will be on again. The only reason I care where she is, is so that she can be held accountable for what she is doing there, and so that neighbors can be aware of a potential danger. I'm not the least interested in idle gossip about FCA. I am interested in lies of both FCA and George being exposed. I am interested in the truth of how the Caylee Fund money is being spent.

Im not sure why people are surprised she has people who want to be around her or "befriend" her. Even Charles Manson has followers....even Scott Peterson has followers to this day. Just because we (most) find her repulsive on so many levels, doesn't mean there are people out there who don't.

I would suspect that she is playing the "woe is me" card and when around her "team" can muster up enough [faux] tears and "I am so sad and miss my daughter" that keeps people on her side. We may see her smiling in pictures, but behind closed doors she could be playing up a distraught mother who is trying to put on a brave face and survive life....and people just want to help this poor suffering woman who lost her child and now her life.

While my mother has never killed anyone (that I know of....) she has done some unbelievably horrible (and criminal) things that most people in her life know about, yet she has a HUGE community of friends and supporters and knows how to throw on the charm when needed. But get her one on one, she can play the sympathy card like no other person I've come across. Most empathetic people can easily fall prey to people like this. Most empathetic normal people want to believe the best in others and want to support people who shed some tears. Manipulation is a powerful tool and so many people fall prey to it so easily.

I grew up with a person such as Casey and I see the signs and I see the people who flock to a person such as this. I keep my distance and it still pisses me off to no end the people who love and cherish my mom and feel she is the greatest person in the world. I don't get it, but I get it. (yeah, probably makes no sense).

So with all that said...I get her following. I'm sure some of the people are just as repulsive as she is; while others are overly empathetic and gullible and fall at the slightest sign of tears and distress.

I've read the Florida Bar ethics rules on their website. My thoughts on the repeated allowances to JB, Mason and everyone else (including disbarred, then rebarred out-of-state Macaluso) is the legal profession takes care of its' own first, last and always, and the public is a distant thought. The idea seemed to be to help attorneys do what they want and get away with it.

There was NO statement about dual relationships that I could find. The gist seemed to be "do what you want, you're one of us, we'll give you the benefit of the doubt". This sentiment was rampant with Strickland and Perry. Just a wink and a nod, a veiled threat of appellate court here and there...and let's move on. Other professions do not allow this. Disgraceful.

Some of us believe that she is most likely there and some of us don't. Welcome to spirited debate ,which is at times, an integral part of this forum isn't it? Agreeing to disagree is part of it without all of the constant condescension and overdose of snark.

And since when is People magazine so reviled for being utter trash? It has always been the most respected of the "gossip" magazines in the US. It is in the upper echelon in its genre if there is such a thing.

I'm not really sure what all of the vitriol directed at it is about. Is is the New York Times or Vanity Fair? No. But it is far from total and complete trashy fiction.

I keep my distance and it still pisses me off to no end the people who love and cherish my mom and feel she is the greatest person in the world. I don't get it, but I get it. (yeah, probably makes no sense).

So with all that said...I get her following. I'm sure some of the people are just as repulsive as she is; while others are overly empathetic and gullible and fall at the slightest sign of tears and distress.

....just some random thoughts as I read...

I just want to emphasize your point with a saying I have used over the years........
Evil manipulation is when people take the best in you (trust, generosity, loyalty, empathy, etc) and use it as their weapon against you for their own selfish gain.
A fool - sees this happening and looks the other way. I think the felon knows many fools. JMHO
