This is it right here - how to make them go away and "get on with their lives" When Hal writes that only 101 people viewed the video - that's a big yawn... and I won't feed the troll. They are reduced to talking to a few softball question tossing hosts, who have bottom of the bowl ratings.

http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Journalism/2013/01/31/Piers-Morgan-Slapped-by-RuPaul-in-Ratings

Despite his opportunistic nightly campaign against the Constitution of the United States of America, CNN's Pierce Morgan's ratings still aren't so hot. In fact, RuPaul beat him during the week of January 28th.

RuPaul?!!!!??? No offence to him/her, but this speaks volumes to me.

you rang?

sorry, RuPaul is awesome and visited the sidebar more than once...and I should know

Does it work on backne and will it remove the smell of decomp? Should I recommend it to my imaginary friends? Does it contain "lye" ? So many questions. :blushing:

:floorlaugh: :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh: Stop it! :floorlaugh:

High priced body guards? :waitasec:

I really do not know why she needs them. Maybe, just maybe someone might throw her a crude remark if they ran into her. I highly doubt anyone would do her harm. Heck, people are not even taking pics of her. Who would want to risk time in jail on account of her?

Ricki, honestly, I wouldn't give her the time of day. I would cross the street to avoid her. She's just trying to earn the public's sympathy.

Backne (the species we saw) is a result of lying - so no, won't work.

Recommend to Imaginary friends - only if you want them to go away!

It is killer soap, but won't remove smell of decomp and won't clean a conscience either!

Lye -- actually, it contains anti-LIE!

LMAO

It is not working for her.

I believe the BBM part is clear now.

What is not clear is how Casey can claim she has received "gift cards" of "unknown value." Certainly when one receives a gift card the value is obvious. And even if there was no formal accounting for what was coming in, it seems reasonable to think the recipient would have a ballpark figure.

It's her income (regardles of the form) being claimed as "amount unknown" that has me saying WTH? I can see anticipated income in the near future being an unknown amount, but once one has received funds it's hard to believe they have no idea whatsoever of the amount received. I hope the bankruptcy court questions the carp out of her claims of unknown income because I think they would do that to anyone else who came before them claiming income amount is unknown.

Oh, I agree, this "kindness of strangers--amount unknown" income declaration will be questioned.

Funny that there are no names for "bodyguard services" listed on the bankruptcy filing!
Guess even FCA knows it's not a good idea to give the middle finger to your bodyguard and include him in your bankruptcy get-out-of-debt-free schemes!

Just like she didn't include her current attorneys - Mason; Fryer; Greene; Chemlir; and current Private Investigator/boyfriend Pat McKenna.

She generally has her address as c/o her Atty, Mr Greene.
Mutter rents/sells condos in Ocean Woods so she obviously owes him or expects him to claim for something in the future.

I wouldnt be at all surprised if FCA is paying off her legals fees with the obligatory nightly "Booty Call"... Giving her attorneys more Bang for their Buck..Seriously, this would'nt be the first time a payment arrangement of this type has been made...LOL

as tempted as I am - and I am tempted - to respond point by point to the question you've posed, I. Shall. Refrain.

As much as I would wish for answers to these questions, we all know they would be nothing more than a lie - nothing more than Casey Anthony herself.

What's really skeeving me out is CMs insistence on calling her this "little girl." It's gotten really weird. I mean she's coming up on 27. Twenty seven. It's not even sweet and grandfatherly - it's skeevy. I am officially weirded out by this. Really, really weirded out

BBM
Me Too.
Caylee was a little girl
OCA is a grown woman....regardless of her weight

I agree, it's not sweet and grandfatherly...
I had another word in mind but I'll stick to yours...Skeeve...which I learned is derived from the Italian word Schifo for disgusting. (schifosa (fem.))

:truce:
EXACTLY ----> IF the felon wants to be "left alone" then ALL her felon enablers and attorneys should crawl back into their offices and houses and stay off the evil media they hate!

And quit writing books they have to pay people to review positively!

I would be so very relieved to see these people out of the news. They all need to go away. The only reason they haven't is the smell of money. This person got a "get out of jail" free card and is still not satisfied. That tells me she/Team Casey still think they can make a buck.

Caylee Marie Anthony

... I've said for quite a while that this "play" needs to be (have been) written by (Tennessee) Williams or Albee - and I'm leaning toward Albee at this point

Will Leonard Padilla help investigate the bankruptcy filing? Like maybe there's a daisy chain of debts to uncover? Or is his story arc complete at this point?

There has been some venturing off track...please stay on the topic of the thread. :gthanks:

Her behavior was a huge part of the circumstantial evidence but Mr Foreman, in all his brilliance, wouldn't allow the other jurors to consider it. Can you imagine? So being elected foreman suddenly gave him the authority to tell them what they could and couldn't consider as evidence? He :what: gained an indepth knowledge of the law? Why didn't any of those sheep challenge him? I would have asked to see the jury instruction or law book he referenced, and if he didn't bend on his views, a question would have been issued to the judge regarding circumstantial evidence.

No wonder they couldn't connect the dots because half of the dots were the circmstantial evidence which they weren't ALLOWED to consider.
Ugggghhh .... Don't even get me started on those 12. :furious:

Agree, agree, agree!!! It's still so fresh and raw for me, and once I get started on those jurors, esp. JF and DA, I get so upset and frustrated all over again. It still infuriates me today as much as it did on July, 5, 2011, perhaps even more... And unreal, the arrogance of JF and DA... I will never forget how p'sed I was when I watched their post-trial interviews, and hearing how they came to the verdict. Talk about sick... I'd say my number one frustration was when they said that they couldn't convict without a COD, which is also why they didn't bother deliberating, or even consider the mountains of evidence... They were obviously so smart they didn't need to read the instructions or ask any questions. They just completely dismissed it all and threw away years of investigations. And, yes, their duty was to go through the evidence and put the pieces together. Of course, we know what would've been found in their instructions... that COD was not necessary for a conviction. It would've been so simple to verify, because that's a pretty big wrong if you're not right... JF said if there's no cause of death, how do you know if a crime has been committed? Other than the duct tape, stinky car, the 31 days, lies, lies, lies, and the whole swamp thing... It sounds to me like the only instructions these jurors followed were from the mouths of a couple of arrogant dimwits... Who, btw, created their very own elements for the State to prove/disprove... And why no one else in that group verified whether or not COD had to be proven, I will never know. My money's on them being lazy, bullied, and pressured by DA and JF, with all her fancy legal lingo. The only thing I know for sure is that they got it wrong, big-time..So, here's where I think their over inflated egos, combined with their lack of common sense, caused them all to miss the obvious... If the COD was necessary then why did this go to trial? Would JA, LDB, FG, JP, etc., all let this go on if COD was needed for a conviction, knowing they didn't have it? Would they have put all that time and money into prosecuting her, if she couldn't be convicted without a cause? How could that have made any sense to the jurors? It makes zero sense to me...

I'm quite thankful no juror has hit it big financially... I do believe there were some jurors with an agenda, a financial motive... An easy way to the money. We know fca and fam are willing and eager to sell Caylee out, and will be more than happy to accept blood money, without a second thought... Which I believe is exactly why she filed for bankruptcy... to pave the way for her big interview, so that no one else but her will be able to get their hands on "her" money...

All jmo

I just don't beleive anything C. Mason says about anything, including comments made about CA bankruptcy.. I do believe every one has a right to a defense but any lawyer who could defend Nelson Serrano is missing a moral compass..So lying would be a piece of cake.

What I don't understand is how one can file for bankruptcy for something that MIGHT happen. Like ZG might get awarded $100,000.00, so I want to wipe that out. How is that different from filing for bankruptcy after big medical bills, and including the operation you MIGHT have to have in the future. Can anybody simplify that concept for me?

Oh, I agree, this "kindness of strangers--amount unknown" income declaration will be questioned.

That is good to know, or at least hope for. Is it possible they will want to know where it came from? For instance, if she received $100,000 from CA & GA, would that come out? And, would they then want to know how CA & GA could afford to give her such a "gift"? Of course, I am hoping it will come out if she has been receiving monies from Caylee's Fund. Wishful thinking that their house of lies is about to implode.
