Wow, Crystal gave illegal drugs to her daddy to hide when she got in that car wreck with Chloe. Chloe was born addicted to drugs and the crack found was Chad's but they lied and said it belonged to some innocent guy that didn't even live in Baker County.

Crystal also failed to call into PCSO and find out the status of her missing daughter.

I now have my answer in regards to the alleged abuse pictures. DCF already had the pictures on file and had investigated the allegations and returned the allegations unfounded. So when the pictures were given to Art Harris and Kim P they were for the specific reason of accusing Ronald of child abuse after DCF had already investigated and found no signs of abuse. Horrible.

I find the bolded (by me) part interesting.

I don't recall who it was that stated Crystal called and went to PCSO EVERY week. Now we are hearing from Crystal's OWN (former) attorney that Crystal not once called LE to check the status of the investigation.

So, when people complain about Ron, better include Crystal in the complaints. IMO.

What now? We have been given alot to digest and process.
HaLeigh still remains hidden by someone somewhere.
I do believe it is clearer now to see the forest instead of the trees since the light of truth has shined bright today!
I chose to remove my questions because satisfing my curiosity about these issues will not find HaLeigh. What I do believe will is asking the question again who out of HaLeighs Family has a motive to take HaLeigh that day and the way that they did?

I think that we all can pinpoint exactly where we might have veered off course. The task now is to get back on course and trust each other again. I wouldn't bother coming here everyday if I didn't think I could personally make a difference.

I am a very private person and it must have been a very shameful experience for Crystal and Ronald to see all of their personal failures written out word for word for everyone to see. And why? Because someone took their child. What have I learned today? Haleigh was an easy mark for anyone that had access or knowledge of her family. I find it even more possible that someone went in to that home and walked out with a child, maybe even a family member or someone that was fed up with Crystal and Ronald....who knows. So many hours and days and weeks and months have passed.

Where are you Haleigh????

It just astounds me the lengths that were gone to by some to sway public opinion of CS. Lies, lies and more lies. Did they think this would just go one forever and no one would question it, no one would ever find out what they were doing? It didn't matter who got trashed or who got hurt, as long as CS was made to look like an angel. It boggles the mind. And people did this deliberately! All MOO.

BBM--I think this is the tip of the iceberg and not isolated to just CS...I guarantee you that people have also gone to great lengths to sway public opinion of RC....TOO many people with serious boundary issues on BOTH sides....

These docs, while very sad, don't change the fact that Haleigh went missing under her father's watch and really aren't we here to try to figure out why Haleigh is missing? This is just a sideshow...has nothing to do with Haleigh Cummings vanishing from her father's mobile home after he chose to leave her with a teen who was more than likely wasted....If he felt CS was so unfit and he was the better parent--why take the kids from the fire and put them into the frying pan?

I am going to say this and then I am done, maybe. :crazy: If you read those docs. from KP to the Bar there will be no doubt as to who should have gotten custody of those children and that person was given custody by the courts. Children do not belong w/ an active addict. Everyone seems to blame RC for Haleigh's Turner's even though it is genetic, and in reality it was her Mother who for a fact used drugs with 2 of her pregnancies. This whole CS vs. RC was created by "bloggers" spreading lies, in an attempt to salvage CS's "reputation".

People have told SO MANY LIES to trash RC and family when the truth about the other side of the family might come to light posters were attacked so often and so hard that they simply quit posting and these lies about RC and family were allowed to flourish unabated. It turns my stomach! RC and family have shown beyond human restraint in not engaging in this hateful and vile character assassination and I applaud that action! They rose above and kept their focus on Haleigh. I hope they can be rewarded for such actions by the safe return of their baby. All are my opinions.

I am not BASHING and simply stated a fact--trying to point out that IMHO--the lawsuit between the above parties represents issues that are not solely problems for ONE side--I believe they exist on both sides...This is simply MY OPINION.....and all this sideshow nonsense involved in the bar filing serve as a reminder that HALEIGH has once again gotten lost in the lunacy of the sideshow and does nothing to help find her. MOO JMO etc....

When I said we veered of the course I was speaking to the content of discussions on these threads and I didn't mean you.

One thing that is confusing to me, in reading the docs. Kim admits that she was there to paint Crystal in a better light, to improve her image & her reputation, which had been tarnished in the media. She appeared on t.v. and in interviews and told certain things, in order to dispel these "rumors." She claims that some of these truths did not come to light until later, but I am pretty sure that she knew the truth while she was sitting there being interviewed. So how does this make her out to be a hero? She is admitting to lying to save Crystal's reputation. She denied that Crystal took drugs, and now claims that her addiction to them is the reason she never filed for a modification of child support or for custody.
I am aware that most lawyers are well trained in the art of twisting words to suit their own purpose, and hers seems to be to maintain her own reputation, at the same time she throws her former client to the wolves. She seems to me to have mastered that art very well. I'm disappointed in her as much as I am finding out these facts which she has revealed at great length.
I would have hated to see an attorney be suspended as a member of the bar, but at the same time, I am just stunned with the sheer volume of these documents. Good grief, did it really require all that to save her license???
