Bar Complaint Against Former Lawyer Picazio Filed By Crystal Sheffiel

I guess when KP was defending CS on a radio show she didn't know CS was going to file a Bar complaint against her, like I said she came out swinging. CS was messing w/ KP's livelihood and that can bring a person to an about face pretty darn quick.

I do find it quite ironic that we have not heard from anyone concerned about the dangers poor little Chloe may be in. Sounds like DCF's time would be better served checking out THAT situation. As far as the continued drug use allegation by KP I do believe it 100%. It fits right in with the crack pipes found on MG's property. IMO. There is no proof at all that RC has been recently involved in drugs yet it is brought up ad nauseum and here we have CS's own attorney telling that she is still using drugs and that why she couldn't get custody and people want to pooh-pooh that. Unbelievable. MOO.

There is no question about it, if Crystal has a drug problem, she does not need those kids. No kid anywhere needs to be around that chit. The same with Jr.........it's really a no brain-er. I never understood why it was fought with such vigor all these months when it has been obvious to many that drugs surround these kids, both sides. There was no excuse for Misty and Ron, and there's no excuse for Crystal.

Personally, I've always thought that DCF should just do a surprise drop in on both parents and take a sample of urine and conduct a complete drug panel on them, including for prescription drugs. Yes, prescription drugs too. And, if there aren't bonafide confirmed physician issued prescriptions for each and everyone of them found during the tests, then action needs to be taken to address the issue of non-prescribed drugs and for any positive testing for any of the drugs. It would be nice if the whole two sides of the family could be tested, grandparents too.

She would have had access to CS's medical records, which probably included a drug and alcohol test at the time of her accident w/ Chloe when she suffered a seizure. KP also said she was going to provide a clean drug test from CS and that never happened, so from that statement by KP, one could surmise she did give CS a drug test(s). MOO.

Um yeah, if Tim Miller said Crystal was putting an assault riffle in her mouth by Tim Miller, in front of little Junior, I would be disgusted, but so far Ron is only implied in that stomach churning incident-

I don't think that a drug screen would have been done at the time CS had this accident; it's not routine for a hospital to do this. I remember thinking during that time, that more than likely KP advised CS to submit to a drug screen voluntarily(which a hospital will do upon request)in order to prove that there were no drugs in her system(to counter any accusations otherwise IOW). Does anyone remember any differently? One clean drug screen means nothing to me anyway...or for that matter neither do 2 or 3 or 4 if they are all planned in advance.

I'm incredibly disappointed that Haleigh hasn't been found yet & that those people (yes, all of 'em 'cause I think they're all a bunch of lying scumbags) haven't all been arrested in her disappearance

I don't care who actually did what - they all participated in criminal activity by allowing these children to live in deplorable conditions

they should all be ashamed of themselves

since when has this kind of parenting become acceptable?

how ' bout we as society finally decide enough is enough: zero tolerance! - we don't care what your excuse is for being neglectful and/or abusive, get it together & fast or your kids are gone!

how 'bout we support the agencies who try to protect these at-risk kids, instead of demonizing them & criticizing them every time we think they failed?

how 'bout we lobby for more money be set aside for these agencies?

how 'bout we stop trying to find excuses for the moronic adults who little Haleigh had the misfortune of living with/being related to and start holding them accountable for every mistake they've made and every decision they make in the future

they decide whether or not to do drugs/commit crimes/be a burden on society (cover-up evidence in a crime)

they all have the freedom of choices

I didn't even know that you posted anything about a drug screen, lol. I worked in ER's for years and we didn't do drug screening in those cases here, but good to know that in some states they do. Oh, I was going to say this about something someone stated earlier.....imo, the only way that KP would know for a fact that CS was/is on drugs is if CS told her so...knowing CS, she probably did.

That's the gist of it, it seems. This "blogger" was the spokesperson of the family and made statements to the bar about KP. KP also said this blogger was a moderator for a certain chat forum for Haleigh that was run by a "high risk sex offender".

They are not going to release drug screens if they were done do to HIPAA.
