IMO, What kind of Mother doesn't support her children, or even bother to show up at the custody hearing? And then LIES about not being served, like the court wouldn't know.

Seems the only thing on CS's mind was getting that child support reduced, NOT finding her child. Guess if DCF does take Jr. he will not go to CS, since she, according to KP, still has a drug addiction/seizures.

What kind of man accepts money for a child that he doesn't have???? The kind that feeds the children and clothes the children and supports the children when no-one else does.

Not to mention Crystal had not paid one red penny since being ordered to pay and wanting to make changes in custody and HaLeighs support does come across as she either knows HaLeigh is dead or not coming home IMO.

The word custody is not used there. I mean, let's be honest here, CS was served and did not bother to show, she was/is not interested in retaining custody, but she also does not want to have to pay the child support ordered. imo.

Why should Crystal have to pay support for HaLeigh when she is missing? Better yet, what kind of man accepts money for a child he does not have? Sure hope hes putting it in a trust or account for Haleigh in the future, well, if DCF doesn't take away his remaining child-

How would you know posters on message boards are more worried abut Jr being taken from Ron than Crystal? Hopefully the child is taken and only allowed around Ron during supervised visits- But to sit and know or pretend to know what Crystal Sheffield is thinking is kind of strange-

I have never seen a BAR ever proceed against an attorney. The Bar Assoc. is equivalent to the DCF in that regard. They have to witness a wrong doing or have the paperwork. You cannot allege against an attorney and win, never works.

We have not seen proof of anything the letter says. I do not take a summary or decision as a fact that something did/didn't occur.....just like DCF! Or the Family Court....all under the unbrella of the same system.

That is absolutely 100% NOT true.

The bar DOES take action against attorneys when the burden of proof is met. The burden of proof in a bar complaint is very high, though.

I could care less about the bar proceeded against an attorney myself, the fact that they investigated the issues that Crystal raised, and found there was no cause to continue is significant in my opinion.

I also do not need The Bar Association to give me information to influence my opinion of KP, She was front and center long enough for me to develop an opinion based on her own words and actions.

All I can say is no good deed goes unpunished. These parents needed to put Haleigh first. I don't think either one did, IMO.
