I am very sorry to hear that. I had no idea that this was going on back then so I really have no knowledge of any statements that you made. I find it admirable that you step up and post like this. Personally, I feel that we all share the same goal and that is to bring Haleigh home.

Of course I have an opinion of KP, and honestly I was thrilled that Crystal was no longer represented by her. That was because I thought that KP arrived in Satsuma to use Crystal to further her own name and needs. If that is wrong, I apologize. There is some truth however to the statement that all of this with the blogger and KP diverted attention away from the investigation into Haleigh's disappearance, would you agree?

I honestly would like to set aside the information that will not lead us in the direction of Haleigh Cummings. KP didn't take her, and I truly believe Crystal didn't take her. In your opinion do either of those women have information that might lead investigators to Haleigh? Just your opinion is all I ask, and if you would rather not comment I understand that to.

I don't want to veer too far off the topic of this thread, but I wanted to answer your question. I do NOT think that Crystal or anyone in her family took Haleigh, has Haleigh, hurt Haleigh or otherwise.

I still have the same strong convictions that Ron and Misty know exactly what happened to her. I don't think that Crystal, Marie, KP, or the "blogger" have any information that would help bring Haleigh home.

The main reason for me posting what I did above, is because my full name was used in this "bloggers" affidavit against KP and I wanted to finally set the record straight. (and "out" myself before it hit the internet)

I am seriously wondering if this person realizes how much damage she has done to some of the insiders and outsiders in Haleigh's case? Somehow I doubt it.

I wanted to get a jump on that because I am personally involved in this complaint. Not that I wanted to be DRAGGED into this by any means, but a former blogger from WS forced the issue and insulted me, my name and my illness all in one fell swoop.

Some of you know that I have MS, and some of you don't. I just want to say that I was named by full name and screen name (badme) in this Bar Complaint in a very cruel and disgusting manner.

The ex blogger from here used Multiple Sclerosis against me and stated that I have "mental issues" because of it.

I was so disheartened and hurt by this statement from her that I was ready to give up on posting anywhere altogether. I now realize that in her attempt to degrade and embarrass me through my illness, she only managed to show HER true colors. (Which in my opinion are not very complimentary to her character)

I am saying this now to show everyone the depths of the cruelty and lies this blogger has sunk to.

IMO, KP did an excellent job defending and representing her client with the information that was available to her.

To have a blogger try to destroy her career based on lies, and say the cruel, untrue things that she said about me in a formal bar complaint is clearly over the line.

I hope now that everyone will step back and realize the damage that has been done to innocent people and most of all to Haleigh's case and the chances of finding her.

It's one thing to post opinions, kind or otherwise, but it's a whole other ball game to take it to the level that this blogger did.

It becomes obvious when someone stoops to such a cruel tactic as to use an illness to attack someone that whatever they have to say has little merit. If someone has facts you don't have to resort to such things, the facts would stand on their own. It does though tell a whole lot about anyone who does such things. When we attack others based on such things it makes our position very questionable and anything else that one would have to say and it calls into question that persons character. I am very sorry that you were treated in such an undignified and hurtful manner.

Just my opinion. Parents sometimes give their children pet nicknames that as the children grow up they despise...My son's name is Abraham and we all called him Aber, then Aber Baber.lol. Once he started school he informed me I should never call him that name in school or near his friends...

i nicknamed my daughter kikabird .. she was born with a lil mohawk type hair and she reminded me of a little cockatoo .. i still call her that .. and if ppl dont like it too bad lol ... its my way of showing my affection for her besides kissing and hugging her all the time .. she is my little light

I think the results of the complaint are eye opening to say the least. However I find Kim's behavior atrocious.

I hope this will be a lesson learned for all the bloggers who inserted themself into the case with the players and wanting to be thought of as the best "sources", mostly of really terrible rumors and lies imo. It seemed it was only a matter of time before they starting eating their own and I think their karma will all start kicking in. JMO I am glad the Cummings family and friends and supporters of their innocence have stayed out of this latest fray. What an ugly mess that has nothing to do with HaLeigh and will not bring her home imo.

Just FYI (and we can talk about this in the RT if you like), but any "rumors" that I posted about Ron and/or Misty ended up being mostly or wholly true. The rest was my opinion, just like you have yours.
I have no regrets about that. That's what a "rumor" thread is for, no?

well mabey she felt her money wouldnt be going to haliegh ? but then again i hear she didnt work .. i dont know the family i dont know ron but both of thier lifestyles in the past could very well be what has contributed to haleigh being gone .. but then there are perfectly good people that dont do the drug scene or hang around unsavory ppl ..and thier kids disappear the only person that matters is haliegh .. and i think rons mom cared for little haleigh more physically (( clothing maternal ect ect )) ron was too busy out getting himself arrested .((these are things that i have read on his arrest records and things here or news articles ). imho he. at that point and time was no better than crystal or he wouldnt have arrest records while he had custody of her .. he wouldve been going to work and being a respectable parent and staying out of trouble .. now this may be his turning point and little jr will have a better life i dunno .. reading about both of them though is different from knowing them .. i dont.. MOO is that neither was or is a fit parent until they prove it by staying out of trouble .. lets see if they can do that

No offense, but the court ordered her to pay support, it doesn't matter if she felt it wasn't going directly to Haleigh and Jr. I mean it's not like they could get themselves a place to stay and pay the bills. IMO. Crystal did not want the repsonsiblity of custody, nor did she want the responsibility of paying support. It doesn't work that way, you have to do one or the other. MOO.

I am so sorry to hear this. You had no business being dragged into this. This entire case has lost direction IMO. Nothing has been served by doing this...especially not Haleigh. I am so sorry for the pain and grief this has caused you.

yeah i get that .. my post is just basically my opinion that neither parent really did what they shouldve for haleigh .. ron had her in his home yes supported her yes but there is much more to be a parent than that .. they both seem to have failed her .. i think the grandmas are the true caregivers for haleigh no crystal didnt pay support or get off drugs((which i dont know for an absolute fact i wasnt there ))however court records show crystal was ordered to pay and didnt .. while ron didnt stop his lifestyle for his kids .((police reports show he didnt stop that type of lifestyle )

No, you STILL have to pay it, you can not just say, oh well, the money isn't going to the children, I'm gonna stop paying. Try that and see how it goes. You will be arrested for non-support. If someone thinks the child support is being mis-used, they would be wise to make it a legal matter, rather than just stop paying it. CS is a prime example of what will happen if you do not pay.

Do you have proof that she didn't? It appears IMO that Ron was more than happy (I would say counted on it in fact) to let the women in his life take care of his children. That's includes GGM and TN at the top of MY list. IMHO GGM is most likely the one person who provided for ALL of them emotionally, physically and financially, just as she is now. I know that you disagree with that and that makes no difference to me whatsoever, as it doesn't make your opinion any more correct, important or true than mine.
