The police have said that all sex offenders were cleared. I THINK that was in the same interview where they said she disconnected the phone they gave her and didnt give her her address when she moved.

Do we know which sex offenders they cleared? Did the "all" include that guy from Oregon who moved to CC? I believe his initials are TW (??).

Deer in the headlights controversy was also clarified, but details changed there too. It is now 5, not 4 and he is in the bedroom now, not the bathroom as was said before.

FWIW...I don't know where the bathroom story came from. I always remembered that he was in the bedroom. Also, 4 or 5 doesn't make a big difference imo. David could always clarify that. Billie wasn't there.

she said what are my kids doing? Shawn said DD not home yet and Hailey going over to her dad's & spend nite at MB's

at 24:22 DD came in bedroom around 9 - 10:00 ..."Mom. I don't like Hailey over at MB's, her boyfriends always there."

Billie said good to know, Hailey wouldn't be going over there any more... a little bit upset Hailey didn't clear this with her, just Shawn

She talked to DD around noon to ask him to call Hailey to come home, DD calls back she didn't spend the night there
sends him to Clints- comes back and says she not there either
Has DD take phone to Clint and she told him to go to police (by me-but he didn't remember?) Then Billie came home and went to police

Erm..to me its a massive difference when its been stated that it was earlier earlier all this time..til last night. Why change the timeline a year later?

One thing i thought was totally disgusting in the interview last night..Tricia or Kimster said that Billie could see the chatroom. Well Tricia said to Billie what have YOU done to find Hailey ( or words to that effect) and Billie said about Courtney ( which is fair enough although its not HER) and then said about Hollie Jenkins ( who again isnt her) but the thing is Hollie is just one of the group searching for Hailey. Others include Glenda April Terry ann and Stephanie. These women have ALL spent so many many hours and walking so m any miles looking in the "ugly creeks and fields as Billie calls them" and at least three of them were in that chatroom last night and to just ignore what they have done and mention IMO is just awful especially when Glenda is in charge of the search centre. I would like to say to all them women..you are AWESOME for what you do for Hailey and some of us really do appreciate it. Additionally there was another group searching for Hailey..which included Freda Radcliffe Bea Wacker etc..who also were doing a sterling job but gave up after the attacks on them from Billie

There really are so many people out there who have done so much for Hailey this past 14 months and some have suffered a lot of stress for it and i know they dont want thanking for it..they just want to find Hailey. But seriously all you guys are great and I want to say how honoured I am that I have gotten to know you all

Anything with a discrepancy that involved David can be confirmed or denied by him. If you think about it, it actually makes it worse for Shawn if people suspect him. If it was 5 and not 4, he had an extra hour to cover up the crime scene so why would she lie about something like that?

I may not believe Billie as being totally truthful but I DO believe Carrie. Carrie wouldn't lie about something like that. There would be absolutely no reason for her to lie. If Carrie agrees that some sex offenders were NOT checked out, I believe her 100%.

I find it interesting that in this case as well as Lisa Irwin's case, it appears they trust the FBI more than local LE.

How would Carrie even know what sex offenders were even checked out? I very much doubt they would tell her after the way she has been with regard to them..and in all honesty why should they tell her as shes not part of the investigation.


As for the discrepancy indeed why lie about it? why say all this time it was earlier in the day and now change the timeline..yet again.

Why would local LE want to show a victim's family, in this case Billie, in a bad light? What would they gain from doing that? I don't understand. Most importantly, how does that help the victim? Hailey.

If true maybe they should do a lot more searching and a lot less talking? Perhaps there are things best kept quiet especially if you suspect one of the family members?

Hopefully the perp won't strike again or maybe he has. As in Amber Dubois case, it took the perp to murder another child for Amber to be found. How sad.

Maybe we don't know everything. Just because it wasn't mentioned before, it doesn't mean the info wasn't there.

The problem is..the police give interviews..and they say things that gave Billie a phone to keep in contact with them. That she had it disconnected. That she moved and didnt tell them her forwarding address. They have been trashed and i think they are fed up of it. They were just clearing the air from there point of view i guess. They were accused of not checking sex offenders. They refuted that. Billie gave an interview to say she had got a restraining order o ut against Shawn which i believe turned out to be a no trespassing order. The police mentioned it was weird as she was seen in a car with him a day or so later. Its things like this i mean where the cops say things and she doesnt look good...but why should the cops take the heat if its not true?

There is searching going on firstly by Glenda etc and secondly Carrie was recently down there for several days courtesy of money that had been collected from holding bbqs and having raffles etc. Another two SAR are scheduled to go there shortly also. There was also a search by the police around a month ago after a tip was called in. They have said they will check ALL credible tips.
