I have the same information you do, this article. Unless I am misunderstandng the article, which is entirely possible, up until this rule was passed they could object to filling a prescription based on moral objection. It also says it's the only rule of it's kind, so I take it to mean that they could object prior.Becba said:Their original rights? I have no feeling one way or another about it, except it's the pharmacists that are taking the risk of losing their jobs for something they believe in.
I am only taking the emotion out of the topic and trying to look at the facts.
