The day before Dellen Millard moved The Eliminator from the barn to the location where it was discovered by police. He did this while it was dark late at night and in the company of his girlfriend, Christina Noudga.
There were 58 bone fragments, two virtually complete bones and one tooth. Seventeen of the bone fragments were classified as definitely human. The tooth appeared human.
This video shows what the crown intends to prove was Tim Bosmas truck towing The Eliminator to right outside the hangar doors and parking. It is followed by what the Crown believes is the GMC Yukon owned by Mr. Millard at the time. This same video shows images of The Eliminator being ignited outside the hangar doors. This took place over several hours in the early hours of May 7.
