I understood him to be the owner of the 519 number that was also on the burner phone?

Even if that is the case I find his lack of empathy for the family and friends of Tim Bosma shocking. He can be confident if he has nothing to hide but in the presence of a family who is hearing graphic details of a loved ones demise smirking and smiling and cockiness are inappropriate social cues. JMO

The absolute nerve of this jerk!

I doubt that anyone is smiling back, including the judge, but according to twitter posts from Nicole Martin this morning, he is smiling at almost anyone who will look at him. He seems to be a happy guy, maybe it is all the attention he is getting, and the people he is upsetting. In my opinion again, classic psychopathic, or sociopathic behaviour.

I can't help but think that this behaviour is all in line with what past classmates from TFS had been quoted as saying about his attention seeking behaviour at school. The eating of dog biscuits in the hall and making faces in class photos. They describe him as a chubby attention seeker with few, if any friends. It sounds like he craved attention so much that in his early 20s he would throw huge parties for "friends" because it was expected.

Tselepaiks is in the technological crime unit. He was also seconded to the homicide unit and created production orders and warrants related to the investigation.

It was done on an emergency basis because there was a worry that Bosma might be injured or dead. This process is quicker than getting a warrant.

Tselepaiks says he was given Bosma's phone number after he vanished, and he contacted Bell corporate security so he could get the call records from them.

Tselepaiks then checked the towers Bosma's phone had pinged off of that evening -- and it had done so on two in Brantford.

There was a number of interest on Bosma's phone - 6473032279. Wind mobile was the carrier. The customer name and address was Lucas Bate at 350 Kipling Avenue.

** Well now we know who that person is, the other truck seller who slept through the call that might have saved his life.

Araujo had a missed call from that number at 8:22 p.m. but didn't call back. He had a truck for sale on Auto Trader.

Two other numbers were contacted by the Bate phone: one from Dennis Araujo and another from a Colin Blair or Sheryl Blair.

He was then asked to go to two locations to follow up on two numbers they didn't know where they had come from.
