Looking at filthy inside of Millard's Yukon. Floors covered in what appears to be dirt. Carton of chocolate milk on centre console #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 2m2 minutes ago
Inside #Millard Yukon is a mess. I see a litre of chocolate milk, a metro bag in the pile of junk. #Bosma

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 2m2 minutes ago Hamilton, Ontario
There's also a glove on the centre console #MillardSmich #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 3m3 minutes ago
Plastic cards include Costco, OHIP, drivers license belonging to Dellen Millard

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
7:14 pm broke seal on passengers side front door to photograph from that angle. Key in ignition.

#Smich lawyer yelling about how forensics officer who took notes (McLellan was photos) retired & moved to Florida & won't testify. #Bosma

And we're also looking at three debit cards, four Visa credit cards, driver's licence and health card #MillardSmich

Why does someone need 7 banking cards? Anyone?

There was a key in the ignition, but also attached to it was a carabiner with a bunch of other keys on it.
by Adam Carter 3:23 PM

There are easily 16 or 17 keys on that carabiner.
by Adam Carter 3:24 PM

One of the keys found on Millard's keychain was Tim Bosma's, the slide is showing the jury.
by Adam Carter 3:24 PM

***Wow..he put TB's key on his keychain.

It's also possible it was thoroughly wiped down in the hangar.

Of course wiping down in the hangar is a possibility. But thoroughly? The fact that more than 20 prints were found doesn't suggest a very "thorough" job. We just haven't heard yet about whose prints the others are (besides the ones identified as DM's). Some may belong to MS, but if none of his are found, it could be because he wore gloves.

If his prints *are* there it will be hard to argue that he wasn't in the truck. Perhaps one of the underlying reasons for Dungey's assault on the forensics is to muddy the waters as to what is and isn't reliable evidence. He might try to suggest MS' prints were in the truck as a result of stripping the truck in the hangar, not the night of the test drive.

Still, even that embroils his client in the mess. A tangled web it is.

One of the tweets suggested Dungey was shouting at the officer. If true, this might backfire. It is not likely to impress the jury in a positive manner.

Especially since the outside should have been covered in blood too. Now THAT would have tipped off the "employees". ;)

MOO

From AJ's pics the doors of the truck were wide open in the hangar, but he obviously didn't see the copious amounts of blood that the police say was there. IMHO

One of those keys is Tim #Bosma's truck key. Police didn't know that at the time.

Again, just to clarify, Tim Bosma's truck key was found on Dellen Millard's key chain in his SUV.

"won't testify" = refuses to testify
"won't testify" = won't be testifying cause somebody else who was there with him has his nice detailed notes.

Take your pick and keep playing devil's advocate. It's all in how you interpret the wording, and how the words are rearranged in the tweets.

Court now seeing a photo showing the vehicle ownership permit.

He has lots of money and various banks offer different things?
Are they all from the same bank? If not he could have money in various places.
I for one have accounts at a few major institutions as well as credit cards.
I don't keep everything in one spot.

Maybe he likes their points program or airmiles offers haha

Same bank. Two are replacement cards.

"It's very faint, you can barely see it, but it's there" says Det. McLellen of blood found on driver's side door #Bosma

Sean Leathong ‏@SeanLCHCH 4m4 minutes ago Hamilton, Ontario
Most of these blood stains are very small. Millimetres wide. There are all over the inside. @CHCHNews #Bosma

Sean Leathong ‏@SeanLCHCH 3m3 minutes ago Hamilton, Ontario
All stains are faint, hardly visible to the naked eye. @CHCHNews #Bosma

At first I thought it was simply a case of him thinking he'd never get caught....but after getting the visit from the police at his hangar and then going through the trouble to get that truck hidden away in the trailer....why on earth do you put that key on your own key chain??? MOO

My first thought was "ownership". He considered it his truck when he did that.

The weird thing to me is that he kept his cards in his vehicle, not in his wallet? If I'm understanding correctly.

Thanks !! IMO, "won't testify" can simply mean he won't be testifying at trial .. doesn't indicate he "refused". Could just be that the Crown felt with his notes and testimony by all other LE, it wasn't necessary for him to attend trial. JMO

A beige satchel now being shown in photos. Whether or not the people who came to the Bosma's home had a satchel has come up several times in the last couple of weeks.
by Adam Carter 3:30 PM

A red duffle bag in the back of the Yukon now being shown. There's a file folder inside it.
by Adam Carter 3:31 PM

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 24m24 minutes ago
File folder and glove inside bag. Jury sent for afternoon break.
