Just guessing there was no need - since they knew exactly where he was?
Don't forget that in 2012 it was full steam ahead for the Millardair MRO and DM immediately fired everyone after WM's death. Charlie may have been the guy looking after setting everything up while WM was alive. MOOTim is another person who works at Napa and occasionally dealt with MillardAir. Charlie is supposedly an IT tech at MillardAir?

That seems like it was a waste of 45 minutes. I don't know, I guess the impatience is finally getting to me now.
No, this is good. I'm glad we can now openly discuss what they were meeting about without the jury on Monday. It's clear the reason the defense argued so hard about the video and the time stamps, it's now obvious that the 2nd vehicle was in sight, following Tims truck within a few minutes of leaving the Bosmas house. Which points to premeditation. They hid that vehicle for a reason, and this helps the prosecution. It will all be tied together for the jury with a nice little bow, no worries.
Here's an interesting link covering MS and that weekendMS was at the family event May 18. There would not have been easy discreet access on that day and likely difficult to track him the following day. They would have needed to wait until he showed up at a known location again to pick up the tail. JMO
So Millardair was a customer of NAPA for 3 years. That would have taken it back to 2010 when they were still at Pearson. Having an account with them for the previous 2 years brings them to when they were building the Hangar at Waterloo. Wonder how SS started to work for DM? Did he travel all the way from Brantford to Pearson or did he just start in Waterloo before the occupancy permit was obtained? It only took them 7 months to build the hangar.
IMO, they must have been doing cars at Pearson- or someplace prior if in fact they were dealing with NAPA for that length of time. MOO
Wayne Millard, father of Dellen Millard, negotiated the hangar lease. The building permit was approved July 18, 2011. The hangar was declared fit for occupancy Feb. 23, 2012.

Also, maybe if someone here has some insight into chop shops- with just one or two mechanics and having to steal your inventory, how lucrative could a business like this be? How many cars/trucks would they have to do?

Thank you, the words do help, but I guess I specifically meant all the detail about MS's surveillance team. I'm not sure why we need to know the number of officers and so forth.
The NAPA guy testified that MillardAir had an account for 2 years. He had been dealing with Shane for 3 years. It's not clear, but I read that to think that Shane was working with NAPA before MillardAir. Maybe connected with DM or maybe elsewhere since he is a mechanic. JMO

IMO, it appears to be a private G&G club. MOO
He worked for a 4x4 shop before millard, not NAPA. National 4x4 was the name back then.
He is in it up to his eyeballs if he ordered a Windshield removal tool .... it is required for switching the VIN (serial number on upper dash) .... and that is only done on stolen vehicles ..... but he will get off .... somebody has been singing from day one and it must be SS. I think we will see him as a witness for the prosecution. That is where the LB info will likely originate too.
Do we think LE was considerate enough to wait until after the wedding to arrest MS?
(I don't have a problem with them if so, I suppose it's not his sister's fault.)
Arnie was the one that mentioned it was necessary to remove the windshield to change the VIN, so maybe he can give us a bit more detail- Arnie??? Toss us your "coles notes" version on changing a VINDid this bunch plan of replacing the wind shield also? Perhaps TB's truck had the security feature of etching. I once owned a vehicle that had a security feature of the VIN number being etched into one or all windows. The numbers were not visible to the naked eye, special lighting was needed to find and and view these numbers. MOO.
Sounds like MS's DNA was found somewhere. LE wanted something with his DNA on it...Ciggy butt. MOO.
