Agreed. I think she offered a LOT of information to LE. Remember what MS yelled to her when they were arrested? "Don't tell them anything, babe!" He knew she knew a LOT of information. MOO

I certainly think she knew a lot but I don't think she participated in any of the clean up. There was no time where her phone and DM's or MS's phone were in the same place at the same time with regards to the hangar or farm. Only in Oakville.

I know I said this yesterday or the day before but....DM and MS must have had their minds blown when they saw these videos essentially laying out their movements and actions over these days. To think they have video of them picking up MM at her apartment! I'm guessing lots more to come! MOO

I agree. And I also can't imagine the audacity they had in pleading not guilty to the charges. Just rolling the dice to see what comes up?

Tears and prayers for the Bosma family today especially. NO ONE should ever have to witness this kind of evidence regarding a loved one.
I actually feel guilty witnessing this information of what happened to TB.

May it be as hot as the Eliminator where these two lads are going in the end.

I agree that MM likely had very important information about the crime, but any active participation after the fact may have been unwittingly on her part. Perhaps MS spun her a tale and she wanted to believe him, but when LE interviewed her and explained what had happened to TB she may then have had a change of heart, IMO.

I don't think that LE would make a deal with her for her testimony, and as ABro said, if the Crown does make a deal they have to disclose it. If they had evidence against MM I think she too would have been charged. My take on MM is that she cooperated willingly with LE and may even think her testimony will help MS in the long run. Obviously, I don't know, but it will be interesting to hear what she has to contribute on the stand, IMO.

All MOO.

I thought they said the camera in the hangar was pointed only at one corner? MOO

Decided not to be lazy and go back and look...

Plaxton says the camera inside the hangar was originally set up to pan and zoom around inside the hangar. But on May 7, only one static view was available.
by Adam Carter 11:42 AM

I wonder if there are settings on the DVR itself and he had no clue how to operate it..thought he shut it off, when really all he did was turn off the pan?

I have to take a break for a bit but I'll continue updating the timeline when I get back later tonight. It's mostly up-to-date for May 6 and 7. I intend to add May 8-11 as well.

This is EXTREMELY helpful, and I wanted to say thank you.

The problem with this scenario (that TB was transported in the eliminator from the farm to the hangar) is that it doesn't explain all the blood evidence in the bed of the truck. I still think they had him wrapped in a tarp in the truck bed until they got to the hangar.

As was discussed here earlier, I believe they shot TB very early near his own house, then stopped, maybe where his cell phone was recovered, wrapped him in a tarp and moved him to the truck bed. If they had been stopped for a traffic violation, it would be quite difficult to explain his body in the passenger seat.
They then had about one hour at the farm before going to the hanger and I believe this is when they transferred TB to the Eliminator before towing it to the hanger.
All JMHO

That makes the most sense to me. It explains the blood evidence in the cab of the truck as well as the absence of video evidence of them placing him in the incinerator at the hangar.

I'm sure we all agree that billandrew's timeline google doc is brilliant! :takeabow:Timeline: https://goo.gl/URpYBy by billandrew

I would hope the jury gets to see such a document when they are making their deliberations. It would be such a help. I can only imagine how their heads are spinning trying to keep all the times and culprits, witnesses and events all straight in their heads. It's an enormous duty they have, IMO.

I think the prosecution is going to make it all quite clear and simplified as much as possible, when it comes time for closing arguments.

Is anyone else wondering about MM holding a binder and file folder when photographed by a surveillance camera mentioned in today's tweets? The file folder may be the one with the Eliminator invoice in it? If it is, perhaps she was asked by MS and/or DM to fetch it from the files at the hangar? She and MS were inside the Yukon and maybe they intentionally left it in that truck for DM?

All just wondering out loud on my part.

I assume she's going to tell us herself when she takes the stand. :) But yes, as soon as I read file folder, I wondered if it was the same one.

I won't be able to post anything when court resumes, if someone could take over Adam's live blog :)

I have a niggling wonder about why MS signed the paper acknowledging he was in the truck with Igor. ... the day before TB was abducted, whats up with that? AFTER the trial starts - day 4 - it is presented as evidence

http://www.annrbrocklehurst.com/2016/02/by-special-request-day-4-of-the-tim-bosma-trial.html

Leads me to think he is gonna get on the stand and testify....

I do think Crown's strategy in charging both with 1st degree is hoping MS will crumble and testify against DM.

However, an agreed statement of facts might be signed to eliminate the need for the Crown to introduce further evidence to prove their allegation. They may have had evidence they planned to introduce that would have been embarrassing or awkward for MS or for his family or something. Agreeing that he was on the test drive doesn't prove he was on the TB test drive.

This form of admission is “proper and sufficient” for findings of fact by the court under s. 655 and remove the need to adduce evidence on those issues.

My first thought was resumes. Seems like everyone around DM was working on resumes...

so if MM gets on the stand and basically corroborates the crown's argument of events, isn't that pretty much a slam dunk? Or is it hearsay? Since she wasn't there, and is telling what Mark [supposedly] told her?

Millard's lawyer Ravin Pillay starting cross examination. #TimBosma #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 39s39 seconds ago
Jury is back. Pillay for Millard is cross-examining Plaxton. Starts by asking about the many time stamp errors on video cameras.

Pillay starts with questioning about how digital video recorders are "prone to clock error over time." Most of the videos Plaxton was working with had time stamp errors, sometimes by 3 to 4 hours.
by Adam Carter 2:33 PM

"When you encounter security camera video, you have to be very careful with attempting to fix a time that's out on the video, fair?" Pillay asks. Plaxton says yes.

Pillay up for cross examination. His first point is about time stamp--many of them were off and times had to be corrected. #Bosma
