I find it amusing that DM keeps trying to demonstrate his contempt toward Smich, as if Smich is the one who is responsible for where they are now by being a bumbling idiot. In fact it's MS that should be looking at DM contemptuously for being such a moron for not concealing his tattoo when they were on their mission. Who's the dumber guy!

He's a complete lunatic and everything he does is to manipulate somebody for something. No doubt he thinks this is having an effect on the jury, and it likely is, but not the one he thinks! He's probably in his cell right now writing cross examination notes like "Miss Noudga, did Dell frequently share with you his dream that all jury boxes should be carved out of mahogany and fitted with massage chairs? Did he print or write his letters to the Attorney General imploring that juries be paid twice as much for their amazing and dedicated work? Is it or is it not true Miss Noudga that Mr. Millard couldn't finish that time on the way to the hangar because he couldn't stop pounding the steering wheel and ranting about the inadequacy of 90 minute lunches?" He would be hilarious if he wasn't so thoroughly dangerous and destructive.

.

What DM does not say is very revealing ...... his letters are not proclaiming innocence .... they are focused on manipulating evidence and witness testimony

So now that we know many here were likely correct about the "Orange Guy" being drugs. Was DM holding onto their (MS & MM) supply to further his control over them? Seems MS was complaining of a lot of pain on the morning of the 7th, and those orange pills are usually prescribed for pain.

Thoughts?

Well I think she did a little better job of putting him gently under the bus wheel today.

Ah yes, I remember when all of these fantasies of Dellen's made their way to Websleuths. :) Good times.

I have always suspected some of his "supporters" hung around here .... even some of our early speculation ended up being used in court ..... such as having an incinerator for a legitimate pet cremation business , things like that.

The letters are not trying to explain anything to CN about what happened the night of May 6th either. Like she was already told everything so he doesn't have to explain anything to her. :waitasec:

It's also ironic that DM likely told CN all about how "MS effed up the mission and he shot the truck owner during the robbery" (whether it was the truth or not) during the week he asked for her help but she can't help him out with that testimony because of her own charges. Which she's only facing because he chose to drag her into it. So it appears she just left him hanging during the Crown's presentation. Can't wait for his lawyer to cross her and try to drag that info out of her.

I agree, she definitely knew the whole story already. When he text asking if she want to help with a tiny mission, he the asked if she really loved him, then said roll a joint I'll be there soon. I think when she professed her love for him, he spilled the beans and asked her to help him cover it up.

DM's letter to CN are very telling of his values. He seems to believe that others worships wealth, tools and luxuries as much as he does. That it can be used to persuade someone to do almost anything, no matter who the person he is trying to control.

I wonder if that value was nurture or nature?

I haven't finished reading everything but Holy Cow!

DM was certainly trying to pin all of this on MS. No wonder MS won't look at him. I can only laugh.

Yet DM apparently glared at MS when MM testified that MS said "Dell did everything". (Can dish it out but can't take it, Dell?)

I cannot fathom how DM could act so smug and confident/relaxed in court (in general, at most times as we've heard) when he knew that the letters were upcoming.

I bet that after DM is convicted he'll conduct a press interview proclaiming his innocence and stating that all his days in incarceration will be spent trying to prove the 'real story' (and he'll appeal to the maximum possible)

On the weekend thread someone linked an article on Narcissism which said that one of the symptoms is a very fragile ego hidden behind the shell of an outwardly grandiose ego. DM clearly thinks of himself as a genius of sorts. It would be interesting to see his reaction if an interviewer pointed out just how foolish he actually is (hypothetically - seeing as he'd 'walk out of' any real interview that was too critical)
If only he would testify and be cross-examined, though. That could potentially peel back the onion to the fragile ego within!

Put those two degenerates in one cell for life.

Sure - cage match! Find out why AM and SM's friend (Daly?) found SM so intimidating. Is he so scary without the gun? Have DM's jail workouts (sexy arms and shoulders) and 4 'beatings' toughened him up? Face off between DM and SM would be satisfying to watch!

Dec. DM is sad about holidays. "It ought to be the three of us together (pedo) w just a little help from the right people we w be together"

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 33s33 seconds ago
Dec 13: "It's snowing! .... It's the kind of day I'd want to spend the morning snuggled with you, under warm blankets."

it is absolutely sickening that DM is whining in court about being sad about the holidays and how it should be the three of them together. It should be the Bosma family who is together. My heart goes out to them. DM can rot in hell.

"It's been about two weeks since I've heard from you. It seems much longer," he writes to her. Then there is some Ukrainian writing. #Bosma

Millard says "It's been about two weeks since I've heard from you. It seems much longer." He's writing more in Ukranian. #TimBosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 4m4 minutes ago
Millard's PS: Send me a copy AND keep a copy for yourself. So that I can write you about them, and we can cross reference.

She says she didn't send the records because she wasn't around him on those dates so thought it was irrelevant. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 4m4 minutes ago
She didn't see it necessary to send her phone records because she wasn't with him on those dates. "I thought it was a waste of time."

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 4m4 minutes ago
Noudga says she thought it a waste of time to send Millard those phone records. #TimBosma

duh, CN stop with the lies, your statement highlighted doesn't make sense. You didn't send them because you were not with him on those dates.....well duh that is why you would have communicated via the cell phone.

So how about when she WAS around him? Like the evening of May 9/morning of May 10th? Did she think those were relevant? And what "records" is he talking about? LE would have gotten her official phone records from her provider. Is he asking her for the IMessage and text information in the actual phone? Wasn't it "stolen" by this time? Wonder why she never told him that? :waitasec:

Now Nov. 13. In this letter, Millar writes: Code Name: Andrew Michalski: Kodiak and Matt Hagerman: Snoff. Noudga says in the subsequent letter he used these code names.

[? - this is now gone, I copied it before it was deleted]

Now another letter. "Because there is so much disclosure still to come, it's not certain what defence I will use. It is clear tough, that police are going to use my phone record in an attempt to pinpoint my location a a given time. This is based on the assumption that I am carrying the phone. I need to attack this assumption ... I want supporting evidence, and testimony evidence, that it was usual/normal for me to lend my phone to Mark."
by Adam Carter 10:37 AM

Noudga says she didn't ask Millard what sort of defence he wanted to mount. She says she didn't reach out to Hagerman or Michalski.
by Adam Carter 10:38 AM

"I've seen him not have his phone not on him, but I've never seen him lend it," Noudga says.
by Adam Carter 10:39 AM

Anyone else notice that SS is never mentioned in these letters. I bet he received his own via Mama M with some similar requests after CN stopped responding.

Would you mind posting the link to your wonderful Exhibits? I can't seem to find it.
