In another note, Noudga wrote, "Do you love me, or are you a manipulative liar?"
by Adam Carter 2:30 PM

Noudga says her notes are often scattered. "Scattered brain you've got, for someone who is going into medical school?" Dungey says. "Apparently," Noudga says.
by Adam Carter 2:31 PM

Noudga also wrote that she's wondering why he took her that day to move the truck, which "ruined her life."

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 5m5 minutes ago
Note continues: "It's hard to do since that group of individuals no longer speak to me."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5m5 minutes ago
She says she never sent the letter. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 5m5 minutes ago
Noudga's notes mentioned the people she told about Millard's communication. She never sent the letter, she says...

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5m5 minutes ago
Dungey suggests she was willing to help. She says she was contemplating it, as she already said. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 4m4 minutes ago
Noudga: "I still haven't figured out how to get ahold of Kodiak-Snoff...I'm useless being kept in the dark..."

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 5m5 minutes ago
Again Noudga says she didn't send that letter. "But it shows you're contemplating it, right?" asks Dungey. CN: "I already said I was."

  • #383
Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 5m5 minutes ago
But it shows the way your brain works, Dungey says. Noudga says in note she can be "a powerful weapon."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5m5 minutes ago
Dungey asks what she meant by "powerful weapon." "A figure of speech?" She says. "Didn't think it through really." #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 5m5 minutes ago
"...but I'm sure I can be a powerful weapon." Noudga says she never sent this letter. Says "powerful weapon" is just "a figure of speech."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5m5 minutes ago
Dungey says Millard has all along been asking you to be his elusive secret agent. And here's your reply. She says she never sent this.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 5m5 minutes ago
She didn't think through why she used that term, she says.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5m5 minutes ago
"We only have your word for it, nothing else," Dungey says. #Bosma

  • #384
Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 5m5 minutes ago
Dungey asks Noudga what she meant by "powerful weapon." "I didn't think it thru," she says. "Didn't think it thru!?" says Dungey.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 5m5 minutes ago
We only have your word. You should ask Millard. "If Millard testifies you can be sure I'll ask him." Titters in body of court again.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5m5 minutes ago
"Or you could ask him," she says.

Dungey says "if Mr Millard testifies he can be assured I'll ask him that." #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 5m5 minutes ago
So what does this mean? "You should ask Mr. Millard," says Noudga. "If Mr. Millard testifies, you'll be sure I will ask him," says Dungey.

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 5m5 minutes ago
Noudga tells Dungey "you'll have to ask #Millard" about a certain point. "If Mr. Millard testifies you can be sure i'll ask him," says TD

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5m5 minutes ago
Dungey reading more: "do you love me? Or are you a manipulative liar?" Under that, "fingerprints." #Bosma

  • #385
Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 5m5 minutes ago
Court laughs again and judge calls for order.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 5m5 minutes ago
"Do you love me or are you a manipulative liar? Fingerprints." Noudga wrote. "This was the concern about him having several girlfriends,"

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5m5 minutes ago
She says it was about him having multiple girlfriends. #Bosma

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 6m6 minutes ago
Some in crowd chuckle at that remark. Justice Goodman calls for "order." #MillardSmich

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5m5 minutes ago
Dungey says it doesn't say that on there. She says it's a sticky note, there's only so much room. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 5m5 minutes ago
Noudga says it was only a sticky note. She didn't have room to write about the girlfriends. Why fingerprints? My notes are often scattered.

  • #386
Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 5m5 minutes ago
Another note "Do You love me or are you a manipulative liar?" And underneath it says "fingerprints."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5m5 minutes ago
Dungey suggests she thought he was manipulating her as part of this case. She says she was referring to his women. #Bosma

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 5m5 minutes ago
"Do you love me or are you a manipulative liar?" writes Noudga on another unsent note. She claims she meant about affairs, not #Bosma case.

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 5m5 minutes ago
Noudga's notes say "do you love me or are you a manipulative liar?" She claims she thought Millard was manipulative because of other women

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 5m5 minutes ago
Quite a scattered brain for someone going into medical school, Dungey says. Apparently, Noudga agrees

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5m5 minutes ago
He asks then why she wrote fingerprints underneath. She says her notes are often scattered. #Bosma

  • #387
What I am noticing is that in none of his letters does he say "thanks for talking to x" or "glad you've decided to help" or "that was a good idea you had".

Unless of course those are the letters she left with MB.
They disappeared like the prints Imo

Dungey asks for her opinion on why Millard picked her. Pillay objects.
by Adam Carter 2:33 PM

Dungey says there are no other letters Millard sent to other women, even though he was having affairs. "Maybe they actually destroyed the letters. I don't know," Noudga says.
by Adam Carter 2:34 PM

"Were you not shocked that the guy you were supposed to be in love with is asking you to do criminal activity?" Dungey asks. Noudga says she was "surprised," but she didn't know how to "interpret it."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 6m6 minutes ago
Next note says police told her he had multiple girlfriends. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 5m5 minutes ago
"Why did you take me with truck, did you set me up?" Noudga wrote in her notes.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5m5 minutes ago
She writes "why did you take me with truck...did you set me up?" #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 6m6 minutes ago
She says she meant why would he take her if he was under so much heat. He had so many girls to pick from, but ruined her life essentially.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 5m5 minutes ago
She says manipulative referred to his girlfriends.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 5m5 minutes ago
Noudga says she wondered why he would take her when he was under so much heat. "He had lots of girls to choose from."

  • #390
Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 5m5 minutes ago
"Why did you take me with truck? Did you set me up?" Nouda wrote. CN: "Wondering why he'd take me with me if he was under so much 'heat.'"

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 6m6 minutes ago
Next note: "Police say you have multiple girlfriends the whole 2 years we were together. Why did you take me with truck? Did you set me up?"

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 6m6 minutes ago
Noudga says sarcastically that it was "so pleasant" to learn for certain about all the other girls in Millard's life

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 6m6 minutes ago
"Why did you take me with truck, did you set me up?" Noudga wrote. Again, Noudga says she doesn't think Millard is manipulative. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5m5 minutes ago
Dungey asks "why does he pick you? To go to witnesses?" #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 5m5 minutes ago
Dungey points out that Millard wrote to Noudga, not any of the other women, Dungey says.

  • #391
Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 5m5 minutes ago
"He had so many girls to pick from, why did he pick me that day? When he ruined my life," Noudga says. #TimBosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 5m5 minutes ago
Dungey: "Why does he pick you? Why does he pick you to go to witnesses for tampering?" Pillay objects. D tries to ask why not other women?

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5m5 minutes ago
Dungey says there are no other letters to other women asking them to witness tamper. #Bosma

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 5m5 minutes ago
Noudga asks in letter why she picked her to "set up," not any of the other girls he was allegedly cheating with. #MillardSmich

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5m5 minutes ago
"Maybe they actually destroyed the letters, I don't know," she says. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 5m5 minutes ago
"There's no letters written to other women asking them to tamper with evidence." Noudga says maybe they were destroyed.

  • #392
molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5m5 minutes ago
"So you think he's that manipulative?" He asks. #Bosma

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 5m5 minutes ago
Dungey asks Moudga why she thinks #Millard picked her to help with "tampering." Noudga says maybe the other girls destroyed the letters.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 5m5 minutes ago
Dungey says no evidence that he wrote to his other women asking them to fabricate evidence. Another objection by Pillay.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 5m5 minutes ago
Dungey: "He asks YOU to fabricate evidence, right?"

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 5m5 minutes ago
Dungey suggests there are no Ther letters to other women "why did he pick you?" #TimBosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 6m6 minutes ago
Dungey says well, we know he wrote her. "He asks you to witness tamper, he tells you he's framing people." #Bosma

  • #393
Noudga says she "didn't study law," so she didn't know that what Millard was asking her to do was witness tampering.
by Adam Carter 2:37 PM

"Did you think it was criminal?" Dungey asks. "I don't know," she says.
by Adam Carter 2:38 PMv

Noudga says she thought what Millard was asking her to do was "odd."
by Adam Carter 2:39 PM

She says she was "contemplating" doing what Millard asked her to, but didn't.
by Adam Carter 2:39 PM

TD: Ma'am, did an anvil fall on your head at any point? / CN: I don't know. IMO :tantrum:

  • #394
molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5m5 minutes ago
She says he didn't tell her about framing people. Dungey references the letter in which Millard lays out the cell phone lending story.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 5m5 minutes ago
Millard seems a little agitated right now. Dropped his pencil down onto the table.

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 5m5 minutes ago
Noudga spits back "maybe they destroyed them." #TimBosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 6m6 minutes ago
Millard wanted Noudga to get Michalski to say Millard always loaned his phone to other people. Noudga insists that's not setting s/o up

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5m5 minutes ago
Dungey asks if she's not shocked by the idea that this guy who loves her is asking her to partake in criminal activity. #Bosma

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 5m5 minutes ago
"We're you not shocked by the fact a guy who's supposed to be in love with you is asking you to do criminal activity!?" asks Dungey #Millard

  • #395
Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 5m5 minutes ago
Was she shocked at Millard's suggestion of criminal acts? She was surprised. She ignored it. Put it behind her. #TimBosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 5m5 minutes ago
Dungey asks she was shocked Millard asked her to do criminal activity. "I was surprised what he said but I didn't know how to interpret it."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 6m6 minutes ago
She says she was surprised but didn't know how to interpret it. "Just kind of ignored it." #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5m5 minutes ago
Dungey asks how much more straightforward it could have been--"go to Michalski and get him to change his story." #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5m5 minutes ago
"Ok," she says. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 5m5 minutes ago
"You know he's asking you to tamper. Let's not play around here," Dungey says. Noudga says, not in so many words

  • #396
Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 6m6 minutes ago
Noudga: "I didn't interpret." Dungey: "What is there to interpret?" Noudga tries to answer then stops at "Ok." #MillardSmich

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 6m6 minutes ago
"What's to interpret?" says Dungey. "You knew, right?" "Yes," admits Noudga for the first time.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 6m6 minutes ago
She says it just said to speak with them, not tamper. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 6m6 minutes ago
"I wasn't in my mind putting out, legally tampering with evidence." Noudga says, & Dungey says he doesn't believe her

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 6m6 minutes ago
Dungey asks with all of her education if she's not fast enough to realize his requests were witness tampering. #Bosma

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 6m6 minutes ago Toronto, Ontario
'I didn't study law' Noudga tells the court. Public gallery laughs. #Bosma

  • #397
molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 6m6 minutes ago
She says she didn't study law. She didn't know it was called witness tampering. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 6m6 minutes ago
"I didn't study law," Noudga says. She knew Millard wanted her to change witness testimony. She didn't know it was called tampering.

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 6m6 minutes ago
"You're not fast enough to realize they're telling you to tamper?" asks Dungey. "I didn't study law..." Says Noudga. Some in crowd groan.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 6m6 minutes ago
Noudga: "I'm telling you I didn't study law." Courtroom laughs again. "I didn't know it was called witness tampering."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 6m6 minutes ago
"I just knew he wanted me to change their testimony," she says. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 6m6 minutes ago
Dungey asks if she thought it was criminal. "I don't know," she says. #Bosma

  • #398
Maybe if the gallery keeps laughing at her, DM will actually snap? Seems like tension is building....

  • #399
Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 6m6 minutes ago
Did you think it was criminal? "I don't know." Noudga is playing with her necklace as she answers.

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 6m6 minutes ago Toronto, Ontario
That's why she wasn't aware of witness tampering, when Millard wrote her to get a Crown witness to change their statement. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 6m6 minutes ago
Criminal to act on it, she agrees.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 7m7 minutes ago
She says she knows it's criminal to comply but "didn't really think of the specifics of that." #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 6m6 minutes ago
Dungey: "Well, did you think it was criminal?" Noudga: "I don't know...It's criminal to comply and actually do so, which is why I didn't."

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 6m6 minutes ago
"Did you think it was criminal?" Asks Dungey. "I dunno," replies Noudga. #MillardSmich

  • #400
Dungey now moving on to another letter from Millard.
by Adam Carter 2:41 PM

"I am pacing about my cell imagining the jury before me and working out what to say, what to convey," Millard writes. "Legal argument should be left to the lawyers. Obviously I want the jury to believe I am not a murderer. But by what road to I bring them to that conclusion? In this little practice session I imagine I would have conveyed that I am scared, but composed. Do you think that is a good route?"
by Adam Carter 2:43 PM

Noudga says she ignored anything Millard wrote about his case.
