Does the camera at that corner show the inside of the vehicle to see how many people are in it as it goes through the intersection? If so, does it show clear enough to see who the person or people are?
IIRC LE have been relying on a video expert. Hard to say what they can see but I think we're going to find out. MOO

Why was the phone number in MissIssauga called from the burner phone important enough to be brought up at trial? I'm still trying to figure that one out.

Maybe just to show that the same phone was looking at other trucks?

Why bring a gun if you intend to strangle someone?

So far, there's been no hint that MS was involved at all, except to be there to drive the Yukon and wait for a drive home at the hangar.
Shooting someone in the cab of the truck you want to own causes a lot of damage and mess. Most people would think about that. Would you want a corpse in the seat next to you for an hours drive? I think the gun was either back-up or the final solution.

plus I thought it was already noted that he had already pre arranged for TB's truck to be painted

Presuming that the accused tossed Tim's phone -

-why didn't they burn it?

-why did they use the burner phone to call Tim's phone just after 9 pm? Did someone else HAVE Tim's phone at that time?

I don't know if that number was linked to any of the people selling trucks or not. I don't think it was explained. Did I miss something in the court coverage?

Like so many things about this case, I keep thinking there's more to it.

  • #488
For that matter, were any of the other phones mentioned in court disposed of?

I AM SURE AS HE SAID " I was shocked.I cant pinpoint the feelings," Dellen said." it was another world"...JMHO ...he was caught something he was not used too.....when he was arrested....!

Tamarind didn't say a third vehicle, only a third party.

The links have been posted many times, but here is another one. I don't see how MS could be following in the Yukon when they left the Bosma's, and yet still in the truck when the murder occurred. Until evidence is given showing how this happened, I will continue to have questions surrounding that point.

Yes, those cameras at Wilson and Trinity are just a minutes drive from Bosmas.
There was no time for any chase truck to go ahead and back again for coffee either and be seen following the test drive. Via the 403, the Oakpark turn-off is only 20 minutes or so if that's the route they took. Would that be considered close? They will likely have time stamps on the video to determine how much they could possibly accomplish over that short distance between Wilson St. and TB house.

Uh, well, they did use a gun and cause damage and a mess.

... Does anyone have the link where it shows the captured video (or is it stills) of TB truck and the Yukon driving together on the 6th, the dreadful night of the test drive, was this on Trinity rd?

I don't think they have ever released the video to the public..I'm sure it will be evidence

9pm is when they went on the test drive. That call was DM speaking to TB as they arrived at his home.

On the burner phone. DM is the only one who called anyone involved in this crime on the burner phone. And it was at 9:04pm to be exact. As DM and MS were walking up the driveway to the Bosma residence. As seen and heard by SB and WD from their vantage point in the garage.

She refers to talkative man as "cellphone guy" because she saw him on his phone. Other man "kinda took a back seat to him."

We don't know for sure who DM or TB were speaking to, the prosecution is speculating on that IMO.

I am sure they were able to easily confirm this using the data from TB's and the burner phone. There's no need to speculate. They have the phone records.

If DM had the gun and the burner phone in his possession that Friday morning, and was under surveillance from then until he was arrested, how and when did he get the gun to MS to bury and why haven't we heard that LE have the burner phone?

According to the Crown, DM and CN took the locked toolbox (gun inside) to a friend's around 4:00 am Friday before LE arrived later that morning to talk with DM. Smich later retrieved the toolbox, tried to sell the gun, but according to MS girlfriend, disposed of the gun in the forest. There was GSR found inside the toolbox. I don't think we know if the gun was or was not retrieved by LE.
