And to think that WM bought every inch of concrete and steel in that massive building with his life- just so his loving son would have a place to park his toys. MOO

Yup. Sad. And looking on the Streetview pics, airplane tuggers, airplane fuel truck, and other likely related (expensive) equipment that CM and WM would have worked for, sitting outside on the apron with sun, rain, elements rotting it away.

DM clearly demonstrated a ME FIRST attitude, everyone else be damned. Tell me I can't go to Baja to play? Get out of my way, **bang** I'll go on your money. Need a diesel? **bang** I'll just take that also. MOO

On the 9th, DM made three calls - not texts as he does with his usual buddies - to "3124 Unknown". The times of the calls were 1:02pm, 5:49pm, and 5:51pm. The 1 o'clock call comes shortly after two calls to Schlatman. Perhaps the unknown number was Diciano? Someone he doesn't talk to often and therefore didn't keep the name in his contacts list.

Considering that the first phonecall to Diciano (on May 8th at 12:26pm according to Sachak) does not appear on the cellphone records, it is unlikely that the 2nd call on the 9th to cancel the paint job appears on the cellphone records either. moo

At first glance there appears to be something in the front passenger seat area <modsnip>
Case in point--try to locate the side mirror on the driver's door and then on the passenger's door. The mirror on the driver's door is picking up so many reflections that it does not look like a mirror at all....and the one on the passenger
door doesn't even look like it is something even attached to the truck--it looks more like something dark back up against the hangar wall.
Be assured that there are Photoshop programs that could clean up many of the reflections and certainly enough to determine if there were still seats in the front area of the truck. No doubt there have been forensic experts all over AJ's original pic and if what they saw did not match up with what he said we likely would have heard about it when he was on the stand.
It does not hurt any of us to take a second look at any of the evidence....and no one here has ever claimed to be an expert.....mistakes are going to happen and people are going to have misunderstood whole portions of what has seemed obvious to others<modsnip> So that's my 2 cents worth :twocents::twocents: .....

What the person here thinks is a front seat could be the back seat. The front door is open so the the window it is against would be the back window. The other window behind that is the rear window. Compare with the dugertni's photo for window placement.

It's not high security - they have a guard that drives around and checks on things, but overall it's pretty lax.

I always use the example of JB's pot plane - his Feb 2014 flight originated from Waterloo with some much mj on board that the pilots were wearing oxygen masks ;)

I trust it's not much of a problem to evade security in general, there.

This was discussed before. a) Millard's hangar was on leased property so the airport had nothing to do with it. b) This hangar was very far out. We earlier posted webcams from the control tower. It's hard to see anything at night. That is why the business next door was the most reliable resource for footage. Because they were the closest.

Makes sense to me. IMO, the riskiest part of DM's plan was to send the truck out to get painted. He needed to have the VIN switched before thus the window removal kit. Doesn't sound like SS was particularly talented in using the tool, so perhaps this was the first VIN number they switched? Nah...that doesn't sit right with me. I'm thinking that perhaps in the past they had assistance in removing the windshields to swap VIN's-". AJ messed the whole thing up. MOO

Didn't they say all the other "employees" had been terminated by then? So maybe someone else had done it before.

Bunny trail here. Elizabeth Glass supposedly died 2009. Why was this obit not published until 2011? Did her relatives travel to town for her funeral? Was her death verified? The obit certainly seems written by DM. Could she have been another victim?

This SS ratted out his father in law to DM who fired him. Interesting. Why is this SS still walking the street. Why is DM's girlfriend? Why his DM's mother not on the stand? Lots of accomplices who were either actively involved or did nothing to stop the insanity.

CN (DM's girlfriend) is charged as an accessory and wears an ankle bracelet http://www.annrbrocklehurst.com/tag/christina-noudga

I want to mention DM/MS when they both are entering the hangar they behave like someone who looks for a burglar hidden in a corner. Is there anyone thinking the same?

Of course they SHOULD act nervous, but probably searching for the power washer or other necessities.

Totally agree with you. Bored rich kid. The saying "You never get caught the first time" applies big time. In fact DM's lawyer came up with that initially on a news video I watched. He said my client is innocent. There is no motive for him to do these things. He is wealthy. He does not need the money. This is exactly why DM thought he could get away with murder, car theft, and anything else he felt like. Entitled....affluenca big time. Raised by his father with his mother puppeteering til the bitter end.

Some call it Affluenza, rich kid syndrome or 3rd generation rich kids syndrome. I wouldn't make judgments on father and mother puppeteering as you have though without evidence. They may have tried hard with him.

Did they not take that incinerator to Mexico on a trailer? Or am I mistaken on this? Why would they drag it there? What for?

I believe it was the jeep they took. Would have been less problem if was on open trailer. BBQ was purchased much later.

Oh Elizabeth Glass!! Remember how many pages here on WS were filled trying to figure out what the heck was up with her? Well our resident ABro did catch up with her brother, Steve Glass.

"Whether Wayne knew what Dellen was up to is anybody’s guess. By that time, he and Madeleine had split and, according to Steve Glass, the brother of Wayne’s girlfriend at the time, Elizabeth Glass, Wayne didn’t use computers or email. Mr. Glass, 65, who lived in Maine and occasionally visited his sister in Toronto, said the couple liked to spend afternoons sitting around Wayne’s house drinking. “Every time I met him, they were well into the booze,” he said, adding that he believed Wayne genuinely cared for his sister, who died in 2009."

Well, if the incinerator flamed out the bottom even once like it apparently could as seen in the sirveillance video at the hangar it could have started a bigger fire either in the barn or the field wherever they chose to set it up.......Furthermore, the farmer on the adjacent lot had horses who I am very sure would have been uneasy in their stalls what with a generator and afterburners running in the normal peace and quiet of the country at night----not to mention the farmer and his family. I'm just thinking out loud here.....

Earlier on this forum some of us decided it was better to go to the hangar where they could shower, change clothes, work on the truck, etc. They already knew it would take hours for the burn. Who wants to sit in the dark for that? And they very well might have needed more propane or couldn't get generated going or generator was missing. With the 30 min the Yukon was gone from the hangar could have been a propane run if the propane station fills that time of night.

I think this article paints the right picture. Also note this quote ". “He advised [me] that the family coffers were running low and that he was very apprehensive to keep pouring money into the facility,” Mr. Sharif recounted in an email."

"As far as Mr. Sharif and other executives at the company were concerned, Dellen and his red mohawk spelled trouble."

“I thought he was just a spoilt little brat who had his way all his life and didn’t appreciate what his father was doing for him,” said Mr. Sharif. “He was an impediment to the hangar operation” who didn’t meet his deadlines, almost never arrived at work before noon, and refused to clear his collection of cars, jeeps, hot rods, jet skis and personal airplanes from the business premises."

"“I went over all of the contracts that were in negotiations and the potential for 2013. We parted pleasantly. Less than two weeks later, 0n Nov. 29, 2012, Wayne Millard died,"

For Heaven's sake, if DM had only known this surveillance system was a 🤬🤬🤬 he might not have wasted his money that way. A system where cameras reposition themselves in cold weather and then freeze, and to now know the pros weren't able to identify the two guys and dog whose images were caught by one camera. To think any criminal could have broken into MA hangar and left with any number of DM's toys, and his system would have been no good at catching the perpetrators...oh bother. Had DM known what he knows now, I wonder if he would have invested in something more sophisticated? ;)

Hey but it's a bit of a comfort to know SS was able to identify those two guys and the dog lurking around in the hangar video. ;) MOO.

Sachak references video clip from 1:33 am on May 7, in which Schlatman ID'd Millard Smich and Pedo (DM's dog).

Yes I knew all that. Earlier today someone mentioned WM fiance and I was pretty sure she was already deceased when he died. When I searched to verify, I was surprised to see published in 2011 when she supposedly died in 2009. (Worked until her cancer operation...who says that?)

Just speculating they may have gone to get propane. There is a filling station on Victoria and can be done within 30 min. Just not sure style of filling and hours to know if it would be accessible that late at night.

My bet is that someone made a McDonald's run, or a Tim Horton's run.. coffee to stay awake for the night ahead?

Ex-fiancé has been off-limits and that has not changed. If she is a witness and takes the stand, then her testimony can be discussed at that time.

It is weird when one looks at that truck photo from different venues (ie posted from diff news media).. some darker/some lighter, etc. In one especially, it almost looked to me like a distorted continuation of something that was reflecting across the entire windshield.. it was super distorted though and not in a straight line.. it is almost like the windshield is acting as a mirror, showing a distorted view of what is in the hangar in front of the truck's windshield. In any case, it is a moot point, since the powers-that-be would be all over that, if the pic showed seats.
