Does anyone believe that K&B will be able to get Brad's bond reduced?

No, not on murder 1 and being a foreign citizen with two cars in his posession. The X-5 has been re-registered and has proper plates on now by the way.

Has a bond amount been set? I saw where people were guessing 3 million.

I don't think he is a flight risk since he cannot go to Canada. He will not run because his personality is such that he will stay and fight just to prove everyone wrong.

And he has no money to run...

OJ had millions in the bank therefore that was a flight risk.

So yes - I can see his bond getting reduced but I am just guessing.

I thought he was held without bond...

He is but his attorney has a chance to try and get it lowered today. I don't think it will happen in a million years because the attorney has to prove he isnt a flight risk. Being a canadian citizen, having 2 cars in his possession and credit cards to charge air fees, I can't see him being released. - NO WAY.

Oh wow, K&B won't continue to defend him! Can read all kinds of stuff into that!

"Judge Jane Gray said Cooper is not able to afford his own legal defense on the murder charge. She also said he was not entitled to bond, meaning he must remain in jail."

And no wedding ring. Did they take it from him? Or did he realize the show was over?

Interesting. He can't afford them?

If I understand correctly they only represented him in the child custody issue. Reading between the lines tells me Brad can't afford them and they don't want to represent a known murderer but that's just me....just sayin'

Star I'm pretty sure he is not allowed to wear any jewelry while in custody. it will be kept and returned to him after he finishes his sentence or given to his next of kin when he is executed.

I would assume K&B do not have the expertise to deal with such a high profile murder trial. "Too Technical" to me means that. Over their head.

As for the wedding band - they would have taken it from him. They take everything from your possession when they book you.

Seth Blum's resume on their site stated the following:

And Howard Kurtz only after conviction

Personal Injury

It's quite possible he's already unable to pay the bill that has accrued - as they've had a TON of billable hours on this already. I also think that Cisco will be firing him shortly....

I believe they've known he was guilty and even had part in ensuring the girls went back to Canada "temporarily".

I think it's probably more of a money issue at this point. He blew his load on the custody case. The income stream from CSCO will be drying up very soon. He is not someone who knows how to plan for financial needs and instead of focusing all his energy on the criminal case he spent untold thousands on trying to get the kids back temporarily AND in the process, helped provide even more evidence for the criminal investigation (affys, depos, etc.)
