Nothing really juicy I'm afraid. According to him, "Damon" is an avid porn collector but no sign of snuff. He's EXTREMELY private. Rarely if ever had anyone over but for girls like Shannan. Damon has a weird stare that creeps girls out and is a misogynist. The drifter thinks Shannan was tweeking and got freaked out. After that he said he just doesn't know. Take it for what it's worth I guess.

I spoke to the author of Confessions of An Oak Beach Drifter by phone the other nite. Eventually Ill probly write a longer piece but I'm a lil busy right now and wanted to get this out.

According to this person, he stopped living in Oak Beach in November of 2009, nearly six months before May of 2010. He's upset and dismayed that the police were told he was there that night. And he's suspicious that maybe this was fabricated by “Damon” inorder to throw police off. But see he also says that the police went through that house with a fine tooth comb after finding the GB4. And during that search the police expressed interest in his Living Dead dolls that he had left behind. And so, in my mind for all we know, maybe this is why his name came up in the police report and from there it some how got twisted into saying he was there. Or maybe there's something more to it.

Some other odds and ends that were mentioned was that he says he has never been questioned by police. He confirms to me that he did have quite a few blackouts during his stay in Oak Beach but he "doesn't really think he's capable of being a serial killer." He says the basement of the beach house really did smell like something had died. It was a creepy basement, he says, with a staircase and cobbwebs and a cement floor but he didn't spend enough time down there to see what kind of stuff was kept there.

I bet if you would find the author is someone who would benefit in more than just monetary gain by writing a book pointing the finger of suspicion. I would bet the author's father wrote a book of fiction, as well. I would bet he only has one leg. I would bet he's a doctor.

Designed by Damien Glonek. Those dolls could have been planted by the real LISK to set up the "drifter". How interesting that the LISK wrote a book pointing the finger at the drifter. I hope this drifter sues the crap out of the author!

I bet if you would find the author is someone who would benefit in more than just monetary gain by writing a book pointing the finger of suspicion. I would bet the author's father wrote a book of fiction, as well. I would bet he only has one leg. I would bet he's a doctor.

With all due respect, I don't believe the SK would be stupid enough to write a book which would be analyzed endlessly for any clues or Freudian slips and I don't believe the person who wrote that book is nearly as intelligent as anyone capable for making it through medical school.

...unless you are a sociopath and have gotten away with murder for 20 years and the cops in the town turn a blind eye to you so you think you're invisible and write a book to "confess" to murder supposedly written by an unnamed drifter and plant these creepy dolls to add more weight to your finger pointing.

They were leaning up with their faces against the crosses. I have a pic but I believe it may have been taken by a family member and I just feel its too creepy to even share and it caused a stir last time someone did.

I think those time out dolls are much creepier than the living dead dolls. Being life size it is quite startling to see one. Whoever did leave the dolls is a psycho, or perhaps a cruel teenager,or both IMO.

The biographical description given in the book by the drifter fit exactly as expected. JJ (field notes) as well as my contact at the Post have very good judgement. In my (now lost) drifter discussion I posted proof that the drifter exists. JJ just confirmed it too.

This is not some episode of a television crime drama. This case is more straightforward than many people want it to be. The drifter exists. He wrote the book to clear his name and make a few extra bucks. It is too bad that his book raises more questions and possibilities about what went down at JB's house.

random thought---the drifter is real---but IF the drifter was there that night, how come no one saw his vehicle the day before, the night of, or the morning after at JB's residence..?----he might be a drifter, but he didn't WALK or BUS around oak beach and long island

Yes, the drifter IS real (I never said I didn't think he was a real person) but hasn't been named in MSM. He wrote the book to CLEAR HIS NAME? The book suggests the drifter/narrator may be RESPONSIBLE. The REAL drifter doesn't NEED to clear his name, he hasn't been named and wasn't even THERE that night and was never even SUSPECTED by SCPD. Who was questioned by police? Not the drifter.
