Recently, DD and friend's arrival at the house has been revised to "between 4 and 5." And I guess that Shawn left just before 5:30 to get Billie from work.

Billie maybe has to see proof herself before she believes anything. So it looks as if LE showed her images of SA with other woman? Or she still wouldnt know? Or she know about the one in the past already and LE showed her more? Or she found out some other way?
Can anyone clear this up for me?

She knew about one woman who Shawn saw while they were broken up, "but it was just a sexual thing" and was over. It would seem the flash drive images included recent pictures of A and also other women. Someone in the chat(?) said he'd been on myspace "talking to" another woman within the past 24 hours. Billie said she could have him. She admits she still loves him, but at least she's coming around.

When asked what Hailey was like, she repeatedly mentioned things they liked to do together. "Hailey liked making people laugh. So do I." "Six Flags, that was our thing." Hailey was LOUD. Hailey was "a blast to be around". I kept waiting to hear some anecdote about cute things Hailey did, or what Hailey liked/loved, etc.

"What would you do if you found out Shawn had hurt Hailey?"

"How could you do this to ME, when you profess to have all this love for me?"

"What do you say to the person who took Hailey?"

"You're sick. How dare you take MY baby. She's MINE. God gave her to ME."

Billie is a textbook example of self-absorption, IMO.

I think some part of her subconscious has realized Hailey won't be coming back like she hopes. So Hailey is not a "victim" any longer. Billie and Clint and DD and all their families will always be victims. It is most acute for Billie and Clint. I think a little self-pity here shows she's processing the likelihood that Hailey is dead.

The networks are concerned with ratings. She was good for ratings, so they take every opportunity to put her in front of a camera or microphone. It isn't as if she has enough clout to insist on being on TV/Radio if they don't want her on.

from BD's own timeline, she went to file the report at 2pm on Tuesday. She went home at 3pm to wait for an officer to take the full report. I believe its been said that SA got home around 4pm that afternoon. I believe that is when she asked him, and it was put in the full missing persons report. JMO.

BUT, right before that approx at the 32:00 mark she says SA told her Monday what HD was wearing. When questioned about the strangeness of that she then says:

She kind of addressed that last night, and pretty much said, he told me on Monday where she was going. And I think this goes back to her trusting and believing everything SA says, he told her, so she believed it, in her mind she had no reason to not believe him. Does that make sense? lol

She did also say, she didn't call him right away to tell him about Hailey because telling him was not a priority, she was worried about Hailey at that point. (paraphrasing)

Yes, she stated that there were some of she and Shawn in the bedroom, other women with Shawn, little children shown sexually, beastiality. She did acknowledge that LE showed her some of the images. She also said that the Memory stick (or whatever you want to call it) was in Shawn's dresser drawer.:maddening:

The XBox portion of the interview was interesting. DD got an XBox 360 Connect for Christmas. Now you XBox pros are going to have to piece that together for me. Is this an add on to an existing game system? Or is this the first time DD had an XBox game system, when he got it for Christmas?

She claimed Christmas was great and everyone got what they wanted. They all played the XBox and had fun. Doesn't the 360 Connect require an internet hookup? :waitasec:

Anyway, the only day they would all have been able to play would have been on the Sunday. They were out on the Saturday and HD was sleeping at CD's on Saturday night. So was the XBox connected in the livingroom that day for them all to play? Was it still in the livingroom when DD left at 9pm and said that HD was still playing? In the affadavit, DD seems to be quite clear that he checked the game level she had gotten to and based on her skill level he figured she would have been playing another 3 hours.

I have never heard BD claim that anyone else had taken over the game for her when she supposedly decided to watch TV in her bedroom around 10pm. This is the single most confusing issue regarding that Sunday night to me. If the XBox was connected in the livingroom because it was new or a new add on was received for Christmas then that is where HD was when DD left. BD claims she went to bed and HD was still awake watching TV in her room, not playing the XBox, wherever it was connected. But DD claims that either she or someone else should have been playing it for about another 3 hours. At no time has she said what SA was doing during all this.

Why is it so difficult to narrow down where that new XBox was on that Sunday night and where SA was and what he was doing?

Another thing she talked about was HD's new TV. It sounded like it was originally hooked up somewhere else and when HD and DD fought over what programs to watch it was moved into HD's room? Where was it before then? Did they even have a TV in the livingroom? When did DD get his own TV in his room now that we know that's where the XBox has been since HD went missing. If he had his own TV in his room, why would he be fighting with his sister about what to watch on her new TV? Did they move the livingroom TV into his room and that's why BD is buying a new one for the livingroom?

None of it makes sense to me. :waitasec:

I guess I'm a little confused on this, but wasn't it "known" SA was at work that day? She called DD at noon. That would mean HD would be out in the oil fields with SA...and I don't see that as rational. ?? Did she pack a lunch bucket too? See what I'm sayin'. ???

The XBOX connects needs at least 5 - 6 feet of clear room area to work, DD room would of needed to be very large for it to have been in there.

It doesn't need a Internet hookup, but it can be so you can play on line with other people and use Netflixs and surf the web.

It would of been in the Living Room.

Thanks SurfieTX and CN2Souls. I think I get it now. DD's Xbox game system was probably usually in his room but when he got the 360 Kinect for Christmas it was brought out into the livingroom for everyone to try out the new add on. I wonder if HD was using the Kinect feature when he left. 3 hours seems like a long time to move around playing a game even for a 13yr old. Maybe she had settled in to a regular game with the controller and was just laying around on the....COUCH Sorry, had to throw it in one more time. :crazy:

I don't believe anything that comes out of Billie's mouth ... so I am wondering IF LE WOULD SHOW Billie these "images" on the Memory Stick that was found in her dresser drawer ?
