BUT, right before that approx at the 32:00 mark she says SA told her Monday what HD was wearing. When questioned about the strangeness of that she then says:

I am listening now, and I went to the 32:00 mark, but I can't hear that? I hear them talking about the other women at that time?

I found where they talk about it at the approx. 69:00 mark, but I do believe they talked about it earlier in the interview too, I haven't been able to find it though (I did notice that when you are listening to the playback, if you click on the time, it changes, it's quite confusing)

She does say this:
Billie Dunn: I talked to them by two o’clock, because she went missing Monday. He saw her Monday, when she walked out of the house. Shawn told me what she was wearing.

I read that, and to me, she is saying, SA told me what she was wearing (because he was the last one to see her on monday). I don't see it as SA told me ON monday.

After she clarifies to the interviewer by saying "He didn’t let me know until, I guess, I was already talking with police, after he got home. I had to ask him what she was wearing" even the host says 'ok, cuz I was really confused about that, I was like if she hadn't talked to shawn, how did she know what she was wearing' and thanks her. Thanks SurfieTX and CN2Souls. I think I get it now. DD's Xbox game system was probably usually in his room but when he got the 360 Kinect for Christmas it was brought out into the livingroom for everyone to try out the new add on. I wonder if HD was using the Kinect feature when he left. 3 hours seems like a long time to move around playing a game even for a 13yr old. Maybe she had settled in to a regular game with the controller and was just laying around on the....COUCH Sorry, had to throw it in one more time. :crazy:

BD is playing mind games and semantic games :loser: about this dresser drawer thing, in my opinion.

It doesn't matter under the law if SA kept his stuff in that drawer because the dresser belonged to her. It was in HER bedroom in HER house - not his house.

I seem to recall her making the point strongly of calling it "MY HOUSE" in some of the earlier interviews and statements. That's the material point so even if SA kept his socks in that drawer along with his stick really makes no difference under the law.

LE didn't ask Shawn's permission to search that dresser - they asked BD and gave them consent to search according to those affidavits. They knew whose bedroom it was and whose house it was.

Remember too she said it was 3 or 4 PM before SA found out about HD and that was on the phone with DD. He then had to drive 40 miles home. She notified LE at 2 PM of HD missing and they then came over for the report. Give LE a generous 1/2 hr or 45 min. for LE to arrive, she was taking to them well before he arrived to be ask.

You really need to find that point in time to listen...the host starts out talking about when SA found out HD was missing and goes into it from there.

ETA: I still think it hinky he called BD's phone at that time. Why?

I think LE showed Billie very selected images to get a reaction (it worked). Imo, the photos of adult females had the most impact on Billie - these are not illegal and probably therefore not evidence. Bestiality , as far as I can ascertain, is not always illegal (depends on the type of act). Child is illegal of course; Billie said IIRC that she saw "an" image with child and it hurt her feelings for the children. She claims the only child she was shown was from Shawn's mom's computer. I don't know if she really was shown any child or not. Even if she was, LE can show someone anything old thing they want and claim it came from any old where they want; trickery is okay when LE suspects somewhat might be involved in a crime.

If they really showed her a child pic from Shawn's computer, I'm unclear as to how showing her that evidence would hurt a case against her. If they can tie her to it, doesn't matter if she's seen it before and denies it.. "Is this your gun?". "No officer, never seen it before in my life". Later in court, "your honor, suspect A denies ownership of the gun used, but it was at his accomplice's home and we have the gun registration document right here". Same concept as far as I can see.

Good post. Agree. I think LE, like us, saw BD's unrentless devotion to SA as their find factor. They wanted to show her the few disgusting pics to let her know what they had and also to see her reaction...the pics showing his love deception was the snapper for her tho and her possible turn around and opportunity to start talking.

The XBox portion of the interview was interesting. DD got an XBox 360 Connect for Christmas. Now you XBox pros are going to have to piece that together for me. Is this an add on to an existing game system? Or is this the first time DD had an XBox game system, when he got it for Christmas?

She claimed Christmas was great and everyone got what they wanted. They all played the XBox and had fun. Doesn't the 360 Connect require an internet hookup? :waitasec:

Anyway, the only day they would all have been able to play would have been on the Sunday. They were out on the Saturday and HD was sleeping at CD's on Saturday night. So was the XBox connected in the livingroom that day for them all to play? Was it still in the livingroom when DD left at 9pm and said that HD was still playing? In the affadavit, DD seems to be quite clear that he checked the game level she had gotten to and based on her skill level he figured she would have been playing another 3 hours.

I have never heard BD claim that anyone else had taken over the game for her when she supposedly decided to watch TV in her bedroom around 10pm. This is the single most confusing issue regarding that Sunday night to me. If the XBox was connected in the livingroom because it was new or a new add on was received for Christmas then that is where HD was when DD left. BD claims she went to bed and HD was still awake watching TV in her room, not playing the XBox, wherever it was connected. But DD claims that either she or someone else should have been playing it for about another 3 hours. At no time has she said what SA was doing during all this.

Why is it so difficult to narrow down where that new XBox was on that Sunday night and where SA was and what he was doing?

Another thing she talked about was HD's new TV. It sounded like it was originally hooked up somewhere else and when HD and DD fought over what programs to watch it was moved into HD's room? Where was it before then? Did they even have a TV in the livingroom? When did DD get his own TV in his room now that we know that's where the XBox has been since HD went missing. If he had his own TV in his room, why would he be fighting with his sister about what to watch on her new TV? Did they move the livingroom TV into his room and that's why BD is buying a new one for the livingroom?

None of it makes sense to me. :waitasec:

the XBOX thing they got is called KINECT, not CONNECT and has little to do with internet connection. It allows a user to play a game without a controller of any kind, just standing and waving their arms at what amounts to a camera. It CAN be used with the XBOX Live system (which is the internet part) but can be used alone.

Hailey was getting a new TV for Christmas and she had picked it herself. When she and [DD] got to fighting over a TV show, Billie ended it by giving the TV to Hailey early, and putting it in her room where she slept after.

Earlier today I read about 1/2 the transcript from last night's show and I noticed she said "Shawn's" dresser.

We know that it is a matter of time that the Grand Jury will convene regarding the child charges. But I would still like to know if LE really did show Billie these "images" -- I just doubt that they would show Billie this if a Grand Jury will be convening and they were found in her house.

a 2GB flash drive is only 10-15 bucks. What guy would be so stupid as to have only one such device, on which he stores both the he shares with his partner, but also the he HIDES from her? Since lots of the "non computer" things it could be plugged into will search for ALL images and run a slideshow or whatever, how risky would it be for him to put this in the XBOX not knowing if some of their kinky stuff would be mixed up with proof of his infidelity? I just don't think it was a shared drive. If so, he'd have had another for his private stash.

It goes back to the question of why didn't BD call SA at work to see if HD was with him that day. SA would have been, theoretically, at work, but I don't think HD would have ever gone to work with SA in the oil fields. I was just exaggerating about the lunch because of the time BD called DD and found out HD was missing....and the fact I "-umed" SA would take a lunch bucket/cooler vs going to a KFC or back to the office for lunch. LOL...sorry for the confusion.
