I keep going back to the msg to MB supposedly from HD. IMO, HD didn't make that call. IMO it was SA. Time will tell though.

As for her saying that she had talked to <modsnip> a "little bit" about the , I can tell you, if that were me, I'd be doing a lot more than talking a "little bit." If I were in her shoes, and I didn't know about the on the memory stick, I'd violate every article in the Geneva Convention about torture to get the truth. Personally, I think she knew about the , that is why she only talked to <modsnip> just a "little bit."

I had to listen to it again, just so I could try to understand it. Like others, I'm just not understanding the timeline. She mentions that she told SA that "she didn't have time for him because she was looking for her missing daughter".

It sounded to me like she told him that in the afternoon the day she went missing. What an odd statement to say. How bout "Shawn, get your arss over here and help me look for Hailey".

What's interesting to me is that she basically threw him under the speeding bus yesterday, by saying he brought the memory stick into the house. Wonder if he has tire tracks on his arse? LOL

She admitted SA aparently knew Hailey was missing before she did. She says she found this out though investigators. Where did she slip up?

The fact that BD hadn't even reported HD missing until around 2pm that day, BD had not spoke to SA (supposidly) and SA and his mom knew HD was missing. So how did SA know HD was missing without talking to BD? Last he knew (or claims) HD was at MB's. To me it sounds like SA blabbed to his mom about HD missing before he waited to hear from BD.I believe this is a slip up. They or at least SA knew HD was already missing because he is responsible for her missing. He just let the cat out of the bag sooner then he was suppose to. And BD slipped up in the interview by releasing that info.

BD has said in other interviews, that the first time SA was notified about HD missing, was by DD through BD cell. SA called her cell and she could not talk to him because the police where there at the house. SA claims that the police came over "later". They were not there when he got to the house. Jeezuz, these two need to get it together and fess up.

BD forgave the fact that he lied about his job, she doesn't want to believe the was his, ignored hearing SA call her daughter promiscuous...the denial goes on and on, but how can she deny the fact that he told someone Hailey was missing before anyone knew that she was?? SHE said it out of her own mouth but didn't seem to hear her own words!! Wake up Billie Jean. You will find another man to love. Let this one go and do the right thing for your daughter.

My hinky meter is telling me that she was the driving force, instigator as to whatever has happened to HD. SA helped her cover up. Disposal I feel they both know what happened but either one is going to turn the other one in because they both played a huge part in her disappearance. If SA acted alone, I don't think BD would stay by him and face going to jail and vica versa. I even thought about the drug scenerio. They could have covered that up by saying HD stole pills and ODed. They may have gotten charged for having narcotics, but I don't know about jail time. That senerio would be accidental kwim. Whatever happened to poor Hailey, she did not deserve the life she was dealt. I wonder if BD will now shut up and quit doing interviews. You would think after this last one, she would, but I won't be surprised to hear another. She just doesn't know when to sthu.

Dear Lord, please guide searchers to HD. This sweet little girl deserves closure and those responsible need to face justice. Sooner then later please Dear Lord. Amen.

I DO NOT understand what is taking so long for an arrest, at the very least on child / beastiality carp and deviant whatever..all of which is illegal in the State of Texas. This is 2011, surely the FBI can process their evidence a little quicker than this. I have been patient but enough is enough. Start hauling these people in and if their freedom is in jeopardy maybe they will be more forthcoming about Hailey. They might not be, but being in the comfort of their own homes, watching tv, talkin' on the phone, getting tatoos, doing an interview here and there sure as hello isn't going to convince them they need to beat feet on down to the Cop Shop and tell the truth about Hailey.

Hopefully they are being carefully watched to make sure they don't make a dash for the border. I hope they are aware that the eyes of Texas are upon them, and there will be nowhere to hide. Above BBM.. I never could clearly understand Billie's odd explanations of what was the delay in her correcting the 1pm Shawn last saw Hailey and why it was exactly that there was a mistaken time of 1pm given later changed to 3:00 and then to 3:30.. I know it was one of her many statements obfuscating around the truth and confusing it all but I did get as the jist of the reason was about Shawn's having quit work that day and her not having known that info at the very beginning..

But below is a post of mine where I give my detailed opinion of exactly why that "last time Hailey was seen" had to be changed from 1pm to 3pm and then changed yet again to 3:30pm with it presently being stated that it was 3:15pm that Shawn saw Hailey leave the house..See if this makes sense to any of you all:

According to affidavit at 2:40pm a call on Shawn's cell phone still showed him being at the Apache Drive residence in Big Spring..given the amt of drive time to get to CCity 3pm would have still had Shawn en route from mom's back to City..because the true time would have been at/around 3:18pm as his ETA at the Chestnut residence and that's with him leaving IMMEDIATELY after the call tracked to Apache address at 2:40pm..

So.. IMO they had to make this change in order for their "timeline" of their events that day to even begin to attempt to add up/make sense..Does that make sense?

No, I don't want any loop holes either. (*hanging my head in shame*) Just impatience getting the better of me not to mention how it chaps my hide that these folks go on with life as usual with one of their children missing.

If they were to make a run for the border...all I have to say is, Good Luck with that. The border towns between Mexico and Texas are pretty much a war zone. Drug cartels have taken over and it is pretty much total chaos over there. People being murdered in the streets. Warnings all the time about Mexico. LE better keep a watchful eye on them.

How would we know LE is telling the truth about when SA told his mother Hailey was missing? We know this is a tactic or strategy LE can use during an investigation. I hesitate to accept this as the truth unless Shawn Adkins owns it. Has he admitted this is what he told LE? A guilty person wouldn&#8217;t say this to LE AFAIK unless they are insane. TIA

Beli first let me clarify why my post was there. It was not informational. I removed some posts and was clarifying WS stand on this information. We are not going to use it as a tool to bash, embarrass, or otherwise judge Billie.

Our goal here is to allow the information as it relates to the disappearance of Hailey. Does it play in along with the rest of this we are hearing about? Maybe. That is how we use this information and the only way we use this information. Tricia has weighed in on this issue.
