British Bella May Culley 18, Pattaya Thailand 10th May

A very good find by The Sun. She is shown as a director of two companies -

M Culley Window Repairs Ltd, incorporated on 31 March 2025, she being the only director. Registered office address at a residential address in Billingham.

See: M CULLEY WINDOW REPAIRS LTD overview - Find and update company information - GOV.UK

Lujamen Limited, incorporated on 24 September 2024 with a registered office address in Belfast, Northern Ireland. It was incorporated by a Chinese national and she was appointed a director on the same date.

See: LUJAMEN LIMITED overview - Find and update company information - GOV.UK

The same Chinese national seems to have incorporated 4 companies in the UK in the past year or so, each with a sole director. His claimed address appears to be fictitious.
What has she got herself mixed up with?! At 18 years old.

..probably spotted because I and a few others spotted them a few days ago and were posting links on reddit and the D.Mail comment sites.
I do like the description of one of the company's business sector "Agents specialised in the sale of other particular products"
That's epic!

There are two entries for Bella on the Companies House website under her name as Companies House seemingly did not associate the two entries for her as being one person: which is sadly common when a person registers a company at one address and then another at another address and when an agent is being used to register them.
Folowing a change to UK Company Law, Companies House is seriously tightening up on ID requirements when forming and indeed running companies so this sort of multiple entry thing will stop - as will the blantantly fake companies using fake addresses and the rest. All current directors etc will be required over the next year to provide full personal and address ID and verification.

Do we want a further twist in the story?

Teenage British 'drugs mule' currently locked up in an ex-Soviet jail for 'smuggling 30lbs of cannabis' is the great-granddaughter of a late Labour MP

A British student accused of smuggling 30lbs of cannabis into Georgia is the great-granddaughter of a late Labour MP who was caught up in the expenses scandal, MailOnline can reveal.

She is the descendant of former Stockton North MP of 27 years Frank Cook, who died in 2012 aged 76 a year after being diagnosed with lung cancer.

The veteran backbencher was at the centre of the expenses scandal row in 2009 when it emerged he had claimed for £153,902 - including for a £5 donation made by an aide representing him at a Battle of Britain service.

Good spot to you and others, then.

Indeed. It's difficult to know whether her appointment is genuine (eg she might have been planning to set up as a drop-shipper of cheap Chinese tat in the UK) or whether she knew nothing about it. We do, however, at least know that she is a genuine person rather than a fictitious creation.

Yes, I'm very aware of the changes which have been and should be introduced by the ECCTA 2023. Some of its measures, as you say, were introduced last year but unfortunately the change of government last summer has introduced a great deal of uncertainty about the timetable for the introduction of its many other measures. In any event it will take time for the Registrar to work through all the problems on the register.

Mr Cook's four adult children were left nothing in his £340,000 will, with all of his estate being left to his 'too perfect' second wife, exiled Laotian princess Somsangouane Baldinger.

Todua told Radio Free Europe (RFE): 'When the accusation was presented, given that it was a foreign environment for her, it was her first time communicating with law enforcement officers, we agreed on such a position that she should exercise her right to remain silent in order to develop herself.'

Law enforcement is expected to contact the suspect 'in a few days' in her detention jail.

'If she wishes to cooperate with the investigation in terms of providing certain information regarding the accusation, this will be agreed upon later,' reported RFE citing the lawyer.

Todua said that Culley's father Neil was flying to Tbilisi, where she was detained after a drugs haul was allegedly found in her suitcase after arriving from Thailand.

It is possible that a separate legal team will be hired.

Not sure what she expected the consequences would be!!

^ terrified yes, but confused?? Confused about what?
It's not confusing to smuggle drugs in your suitcase on an airline and get caught.
I haven't flown with checked luggage in years, but I do remember always being asked at check-in whether I packed my own luggage and if it was under my control the whole time. I wonder how BMC answered.

Seems from social media this trip isn't the first visit to Thailand.
The family does seem to have multiple links to SE Asia, ie the Loatian second wife of the Labour MP great-grandfather and the fact that her father is reported to work off-shore (presumably in the oil or gas industry) in Vietnam. It's possible, therefore that previous visits to Thailand could have been family meet-ups rather than her going alone - especially given she is only 18.

That's how long they are keeping her after her arrest a week ago while charges are pending etc. It doesn't mean she's already been kept for 2 months.

She was still posting on social media in early May.
Thank you, I must of misread.

"The family of British drugs mule suspect Bella Culley
has been blocked from visiting her in prison after they landed in Georgia.

Father Neil Culley, 49, and auntie Kerrie Culley, 51,
touched down in Tbilisi yesterday
and pushed for an emotional reunion with the 18-year-old.

Legal sources said
the relatives tried to visit on Wednesday and again today,
but were not allowed because the prison director has not signed relevant paperwork.

Her father and auntie
have been locked in talks with British Embassy officials since their arrival
and are not speaking to the press."

Yep,
A lot is happening behind the scenes.

I wish DM stops presentation of her tik tok images
as they really frighten me.
What is wrong with the girl's lips???
Not to mention
her writhing like a cobra?? 😲

Aaaaargh!

By the way,
this looks like a solid, old fashioned prison.

Ms Culley appears to have held a number of directorships, including two companies with links to China.

She is listed as the director of a firm called Lujamen Limited, whose activity is described as “agents specialised in the sale of other particular products”.

Another listing shows Ms Culley was previously registered as director of Sunrain Limited – described as “retail sale via mail order houses or via internet”.

Records also showed the nursing student was registered as the sole director of a window repair and carpentry business in Billingham, Teesside, in March.
