Last night when were discussing the complexion on the marriage site listed as wheatish, I tried to sign up today just to see what options were there for the various things. Fair, wheatish, and dark are the options.

Whew... I finally made it to thread #3, but I'm still more than 20 pages behind you guys... so I just wanted to ask two questions I haven't seen addressed yet:

1. A legal question regarding the landlord's actions: I'm curious whether the family or "estate" of these terrorists might have some legal recourse against the landlord for allowing people to rummage through their personal property within the home? (Edited to add: I read two more pages and found legality discussed here on page 5, so maybe y'all have hashed this out already... sorry. I'll find the discussion as I keep reading.)

2. Has anyone addressed whether the explosives (at the Christmas party) were rendered ineffective by the sprinkler system spraying water all over the place?

Thanks very much. Now back to reading.

Where are mom and baby of farook?

No idea about the mom, but while the attorneys were on today, there was a text graphic that the baby was with DCF per CNN

Boytwnmom, your post is fascinating, and horrifying reading. I have read some of this in the past and it really and truly scares me.

I don't know. I went through this and it was a complicated nightmare. Someone must have been familiar with the process and knew just what to do to sneak through. I think it's also possible she stole someone's identity. A nice, normal pharmacist who would have sailed right through the immigration process.

Shooting with Teen involved 20 squad cars on scene.... smdh... enough with guns already

I was just reading about this. Wichita has at least one shooting weekly lately.

Police say it started as a traffic stop. The pick up pulled into the school parking lot and one suspect fled the vehicle, running towards the gym with a gun in his hand. Officers yelled at the teen to put the gun down. One officer fired rounds at the suspect, hitting him multiple times.

oh my god TLC they are "teaching "
folks how to get a wife in 90 days

I can get a lesson tips for buying a car, dishwasher

but wife ----wowey

a) check under the sink for bomb maing materials
b) determine if old copies of Inspire magazine are anywhere
c)glance at mail - if she claims to be living alone and her mail is addressed to someone at a different address - depart quickly
d)carefully check her closet for suicide vests (again any located depart quickly)
e) look under the bed, if you see a pistol, and your really like her it might be ok to stay a bit longer - however if you notice machine guns again make a gentle and soft exit -
f) the old adage , a women scorned, has totally a different "feel ", if you will, in this day and age

Great list...except you left something out...

G) check for hatchet in silverware drawer.

Sorry, we took my mom out for the beginning of her 80th birthday week. What tweet was so offensive? Thanks.

we all want one more ....need a hearty chuckle its funny stuff

how long you guys married ?

If I disappear all of a sudden, it won't be due to a terrorist attack. It's gonna be due to Momma getting home with a 2 hour rant about how her dad should have never married this b%^ch and how that side of the family disgusts her.

At that point, I'll remind her what kind of weapons and firearms she has available at her disposal, which will result in her rolling her eyes and telling me I'm an idiot and that everything can't be handled with brute force. I'll act like I have no idea what she means, which will inflame her even further................You know, now that I type this.......living around me probably isn't all that easy. Hmmmmm

I have the same nagging questions. My son is the same age as the shooter was. And he and his wife also have their first baby, a 6 month old precious girl. And it is absolutely impossible for me to imagine them abandoning her to go off and kill/maim dozens of co-workers. I cannot imagine them purposely making her an orphan. Their baby girl is their entire world right now. Everything they do is for her future. I just don't understand how these two 'parents' handed their baby off to Grandma and walked away from her like that. SMH

katydid------------these people aren't wired like we are. It's human nature to try and understand why they do what they do, especially when a defenseless baby is involved, but their minds don't work like a normal mind does. They have no shame. They have no conscience. They have no little voice saying this is a really bad fu^***ng idea.

We can't understand them. We just have to kill them.......much like cockroaches and flies. One at a time...as they surface.

In light of her Red Mosque connections I really believe she radicalized him. But he had to be ripe for it as well. What makes a successful, American born, supposedly decent person take on third world ideology and destroy his and his own child's future? Because I understand (almost) foreign terrorists. They hate what they don't understand. They hate what they don't have. This guy, this guy was raised here. Not wanting for food, shelter or education
We need to get to this root of how she persuaded him, to learn to fight this.

I find our society so dreadfully sad. The world society. What drives people to blow themselves up. Something is very very wrong.

It seems like the one common thread holding all true crime cases and mass murders together is when at least one person doesn't treat another person as a sentient living human being. This is why no matter how angry these mass murders make me, I try my absolute best to try to never view the killers as less than human. It can be a struggle, but I don't want to ever have the same mindset that leads to things like this.
