I'm going to post my notes on Alexis' case that I have so far - that way I can shorten it up a bit. It's getting pretty long....

Missing:
CA - Alexis Perry Gabe (24) (Missing since Jan. 26, 2022 around 9pm in Antioch; reported missing on Jan. 27, 2022; her vehicle was found off of Trenton Street & Carrington Drive in Oakley & with the door open & the keys in the ignition on Jan. 27, 2022. There is no known nexus among Alexis & Trenton Street; lives in Oakley). Suspect ex-bf Marshall Curtis Jones (27) was shot to death by LE in Washington State on 6/2/22 while trying to serve a warrant.
According to police, she was last known to be with a male who she knows last night around 9pm, 1/26/22. Her family members found her car off of Trenton Street & Oakley Road earlier today (1/27/22) in Oakley & the keys were located in the car. "We have made physical contact with that male at his home in Antioch & have taken a statement from him,” said Oakley Police Chief Paul Beard. Alexis does have a cellphone, but it is turned off, or it has no power & her personal belongings are gone.
2/2/22 Update: Security cameras captured Gabe’s car in Oakley, a city in the Bay Area, around 9:30pm & an unidentified person can be seen getting out of the car. Police said they are examining digital images from surrounding cameras in the ex-boyfriend’s neighborhood & in the location where her car was found. On Tuesday, Oakley Police, with the assistance of Antioch Police Dept. & the Contra Costa County District’s Attorney’s office, served a search warrant at the home (Bent Tree Way) they believe belongs to Alexis’ ex-boyfriend, where she was last seen. Crime scene tape roped off the property. Investigators collected several large bags & a vacuum cleaner.
2/16/22 Update: Despite the indefatigable efforts of multiple agencies & loved ones, the search for Alexis has reached what appears to be a dead end, three weeks in. The keys to her car were left in the ignition, police said at the time & her car door was left open. Her phone is also off or disconnected. Nearly a week later, a search warrant was issued for a home in Antioch — which was believed to be the ex-boyfriend’s home. A vacuum cleaner & several large bags were removed from the home. The ex-boyfriend has not been made a suspect in the case & has cooperated with the investigation. He has also been questioned multiple times.
2/25/22 Update: Searches began Friday, February 25th with two deployments of volunteers. Searches will continue throughout the weekend unless Alexis is recovered beforehand.
4/28/22 Update: Police on Thursday shared surveillance video of a person of interest possibly connected to the disappearance of Alexis, who was last seen three months ago. Investigators also provided new details surrounding Gabe's disappearance. Oakley police on Thursday released surveillance video of a person of interest in the case who was seen not far from where Gabe's vehicle was found in Oakley. The video showed a man in a hooded sweatshirt walking down a street with his face covered. He is described as 5’11 to 6 feet tall, slim build, dark skin, wearing a large jacket, a beanie, or a cap, with his face covered by an N95-style face mask with a beard protruding from underneath. Detective Tyler Horn said the video was taken at the corner of Oakley Road & Beldin Lane, which is about five minutes from where Gabe's vehicle was later discovered at Trenton Street & Carrington Drive. Investigators said that based on information they have gathered, they believe a man dropped off & abandoned Gabe's vehicle in the area. The person seen in the video has not been identified as a suspect in the case, only a person of interest. Horn said on Jan. 26 at about 6:30p.m. Gabe left her family after a brief phone conversation with a friend. Her last known location was a home in Antioch.
5/12/22 Update: Oakley Police Dept. served an additional search warrant in connection to the disappearance of Alexis, who was last seen at her ex-boyfriend's Antioch home in January, officials say. On Thursday, police detectives served the warrant at the home on Benttree Way in Antioch, City of Oakley said in a post on social media. Antioch police assisted with the effort to locate evidence Alexis' disappearance. The home in question is where Gabe was last seen. Investigators are looking to see if foul play occurred at this location.
5/13/22 Update: Investigators have found a “key piece of evidence” in the case, city officials announced Friday evening. The cell phone case found belonged to Gabe, her family confirmed to officials. Back on Jan. 26, 2022 video captured a male walking away from Gabe’s car on Trent Street in Oakley, according to officials. Investigators suspect the subject discarded Gabe’s phone case on that day. The cell phone case was found in Antioch (found very, very close to the Benttree Way home of ex according to Gwyn Gabe) & will be analyzed at a crime lab. Pictures posted by Oakley officials show the case has a cartoon depiction of rapper Tupac Shakur.
5/20/22: On Monday, the Oakley Police Dept. announced that the reward for anyone who provides information leading to her discovery has increased to $60,000. An anonymous donor pledged $50,000 to her reward fund, raising the reward from $10,000.
6/2/22 Update: Alexis Gabe was the victim of a homicide, according to police & the man responsible, her ex-boyfriend, was shot & killed Wednesday in a Seattle suburb during a confrontation with law enforcement. "Our joint investigation has led us to believe Alexis’s ex-boyfriend, Marshall Curtis Jones, a 27-year-old male & a resident of Antioch, killed Alexis at his home on or about January 26, 2022," Oakley police Chief Paul Beard said Thursday. The location of Gabe's body was not immediately revealed. Authorities in Oakley provided details during a news conference, but added that the search for her is ongoing. They added that forensic, electronic & DNA evidence was enough to show Gabe was slain & that her former boyfriend was responsible. Meanwhile, Seattle police said officers from a task force served a warrant at a home in Kent, Washington, where they believed a "fugitive wanted for murder" was living. When they knocked on the door & identified themselves, Jones rushed out wielding a knife & a police detective, a sheriff's deputy & a U.S. Marshal shot him, police said. Jones died at the scene. He had been staying with an associate who lived at the home, police said. "Alexis’s friends told us that Alexis told them that he threatened to kill himself if she didn’t get back with him & he also threatened to kill Alexis if she didn’t get back with him," Gwyn Gabe said. "Those were things that she told her best friends." Police believe Jones is the lone suspect in Gabe's slaying, but he may have had help covering up her death after the fact. While the family had hoped Jones would lead them to their missing daughter, they also said police have their eyes on another person of interest – one of the suspect’s family members who may have played a role in the cover up. "They’ve already identified another person of interest, but we can’t say who it is yet," Gwyn Gabe said. Gabe’s parents hope that person comes forward. They said they will not rest until they find her. "Beard said there is ample evidence to connect Jones to the homicide: Namely, Gabe's cell phone found near Jones' house had his DNA on the inside of the empty case. Beard also said there was plenty of other "digital evidence," such as phone calls & surveillance images to connect the now-dead Jones to Gabe's death. He said there is a trail of photos showing Jones leaving Gabe's home in Oakley on the night she went missing to his home in Antioch."
7/7/22 Update: New detailed evidence was released Thursday in Alexis' case. Her family has obtained handwritten directions penned by her alleged killer that possibly identify the location of her body. Pictures showing two crumpled pieces of paper investigators found while executing a search warrant have been released. The warrant was served at the sister's house of Marshall Jones, Alexis' ex-boyfriend & the man suspected of killing her. Thursday, the Gabe family with a scanned version of the directions in hand, went to Pioneer, hoping to find their missing loved one. Help came shortly after Jones was shot & killed as officers tried to arrest him in Washington State last month. A friend came forward saying Jones talked about places to dispose of a body. That friend also told investigators he didn't think Jones was being serious. With information from the friend & the directions, the search focused on Pioneer, Amador County. Search crews using cadaver dogs have scoured the area, even checking the septic tanks of nearby homes & businesses. Police say they can confirm Jones was in the area. While he used the handwritten directions & had his phone turned off, investigators say the suspect got lost & had to turn his phone on to get back on track. That's when they were able to pinpoint his location. Investigators say they did a handwriting comparison to confirm that the directions were written by Jones.
7/9/22 Update: Amador County Search & Rescue and hundreds of volunteers have searched many of the areas around where the handwritten directions end, according to authorities, but they have not found Gabe. Officials said they drained more than eight million gallons of water in a nearby pond, and still have no sign of her body.
That's a masterpiece, Niner. Thank you!

The last nearby area that needs to be searched, Gwyn Gabe told the station, is “the forest area” — likely referring to Eldorado National Forest, in the central Sierra Nevada. Its acreage and mountainous terrain may pose some roadblocks for further investigations.

Yikes, that is a huge amount of territory to search. Fingers crossed.

At 2:31 in this KRON4 news vid there is a reflection in the passenger side mirror of Alexis' car. I have looked at enhancements and it does appear that someone could be sitting in the front passenger seat. I don't think it is the reflection of Alexis as she pumps gas. MOO

The family of Alexis Gabe will be searching for evidence in her case as they are hosting a search event Saturday and asking for help.

Oakley police will be helping out with the family as well and they are looking for Alexis Gabe’s phone that could have evidence.

[...]

On Saturday, the family and volunteers will search for clues in Oakley. Starting where her cell phone case was found in February, all the way to where her cell phone screen was located. They hope to find the rest of it. For police, anything helps.

“Anything that something may have been missed. 10 eyes are better than two. 100 are better than 50,” said Lt. Robert Roberts of Oakley Police Department.

Just a week ago, police gave the family a letter they found written by the suspect.

[...]

“They [police] went straight to Pioneer to follow the directions, to see if they could find any clues, or find Alexis,” Gwyn Gabe said.

[...]

The search starts at 9 a.m. Saturday at Lucky Supermarket on Main Street in Oakley. They are looking for more volunteers.

Police found the screen protector in Oakley in February and learned of the DNA results last month, said Gwyn Gabe, Alexis’ father.

The shattered protector was found in the bushes off Live Oak Avenue near where Jones was seen on surveillance video abandoning Alexis’ car and walking away on Jan. 26, the night the 24-year-old disappeared.

Alexis’ father said they plan to search on Saturday for the rest of the iPhone, which was last pinged at Jones’ home on Jan. 26.

“He destroyed it,” Gwyn Gabe said. “We can get a lot of information if we find it.”

[...]

In February, a search team found Alexis’ cellphone case on Vista Grande Way in Antioch near Jones’ home. Police say they believe Jones discarded her cellphone case after returning from Oakley the night of Jan. 26.

[...]

Gabe said police have found both of Jones’ phones, including a new one his mother gave him after Alexis’ disappearance.

“They downloaded all the files,” he said. “They said it’s pretty big. So it’s taking them a while to review all the information that’s there.”

Could you link it please?

Here's the main post by the father, who is family member/admin. Found gloves, sunglasses (both believed to belong to the boyfriend), an actual iPhone camera part (like, what you'd see if you bought the part to repair), and a pair of ladies' underwear.

A search for new evidence to locate the body of Alexis Gabe, a 24-year-old Oakley woman who went missing in January, turned up parts of a phone, as well as women’s underwear, that Gabe’s mother recognized as having belonged to her daughter.

“We found a lot of stuff,” said Alexis’s father, Gwyn Gabe, who organized the Saturday morning search. “We found the front part of a phone. We found a bunch of women’s undergarments, I was thinking this might be a homeless person but my wife called me and said, ‘These are Alexis’ underwear.’”

[...]

One target of the hunt was the rest of the iPhone, which the father said could provide valuable information.

“The phone is going to have lots of information,” Gwyn Gabe said. “Emails, text messages, and she takes tons of pictures. If we find pictures of her in Pioneer, it will give us validation she was there.”

“We’re telling everyone the phone will look bare, it’s missing pieces. It’s just the guts.”

[...]

On the search, people found a giant, bleached cow hip bone, a box of condoms, soda cups, old styrofoam and a whole, molding pie still in its box.

@PommyMommy and @Aloe just to let you both know the article from Mercury News and East Bay Times is exactly the same

Also, there will be another search next weekend

If this is about locating the phone - which pinged for the last time at some destination that law enforcement knows, less than 90 minutes from Cupertino … I hope they make a public appeal to Apple and also to Facebook for help in finding this woman, with a sidebar story of the fate of the boyfriend up in Washington. They could get a ton of volunteers out, but more importantly they can collectively pinpoint where this phone is likely to be. This strikes me as a story both Apple and Facebook PR would get behind if presented benevolently.
