This is under Leiva - Barron is basically the same except she doesn't have the last entry on hers.

Our local ABC TV news station has really been the only place I've been able to find articles about Anthony's case.

Yeah it's tragic. Hardly anyone is covering this trial.

A detective and nurse took the footage to document the 10-year-old's severe injuries shortly before he was taken off life support in June of 2018.

"No one deserves this," Deputy District Attorney Jon Hatami told the court in closing arguments Thursday. "This was intentional murder by torture."

A detective & nurse took the footage to document the 10-year-old's severe injuries shortly before he was taken off life support in June of 2018, which was played by Deputy DA in closing. By Barron's defense attorney Nancy Sperber & by Leiva's defense attorney Dan Chambers. Judge Samuel Ohta will deliberate & render a verdict as both the prosecution & defense agreed to have the case tried without a jury.
Per news reporter Judge might have is decision today, Friday, 2/24/23.

I believe he's a given for guilty and I honestly can't imagine the judge not finding her guilty. Especially after the testimony from his daughter saying Anthony was lying on the living room floor for 2 days? and even she said he looked like he was dying.

I don't think the Judge has to think long & hard about this case... let's have a verdict already!! LOL!
