Interesting that the child disappears ONE WEEK after Mom is ordered to pay child support. If Dad was supposed to be getting child support from the Mom, why would he do away with the child? Makes no sense.
But then again, none of these cases make sense, do they?
I truly believe one or the other parent knows where he is at, At first I thought it was mom, who sabotaged dad, slipped him something to knock him out and then whisk Ara away, But she has been very active in campaigning for his return. The dad on the other hand possible staged the whole unconscious thingy as an alibi as he whisk Jr. away, he seems pretty comfortable, not out searching or pleading for Jr's return. the grandma is also at ease. What the motive is or was is the question! 50/50 custody is a good deal, it gives the child the best of both worlds.
I just can't work up too much suspicion against Mom, even if she was going to pay child support. She is a school principal. I think she can afford part time child support with not much stress.
Evidently, she always wanted children and finally had her own when she was 40. She reportedly loves him very much and is very devoted to her boy. It is really hard for me to think she acted in any way to harm him. Or to hide him. I see no motive for that.
She is not the person was that was acting sketchy and odd. Dad was.
I am confused about the child support, when I worked for domestic attorneys, 50/50 custody was exactly what it sounds like. Neither parent pays child support, and the child lives half the time with mom and half the time with dad. I am in Ohio, so I know laws vary from state to state. I have a very hard time thinking it is mom who is hiding Ara. Just that dad's actions or lack of are all telling. I do not think he has been harmed. Praying I am right!!!!!
Maybe spousal support, but even that is a stretch, one usually is married for a number of years or one either spouse helped the other, either schooling etc. I just wish dad and grandma would show some emotion!!! No wonder they were hauled in for questioning!!!!!!!!!!!

That's why I'm having doubts that it's him. Why get rid of your meal ticket? He's possibly staying quiet because he was threatened?
Media has posted an update online, both parents have been offered a lie detector test. Mother has agreed. Father's lawyer declined. However as someone pointed out, lie detector tests are not accurate nor admissible in court.
He just failed it.
