This is really interesting information, and level headed. They have 7.4 million subscribers. So they are very respected.

I learned a lot and it is hard to summarise, but it is short and sweet. You could start around 4 minutes in and then it's only 14 more minutes of a good interview with a knowledgeable LA Attorney.

Basically it is about the most likely outcomes concerning the current Grand Jury on this case.

They do give credible reasons showing that there is pretty certainly a current Grand Jury proceeding of some kind concerning this case. They know that to be true because of all the witnesses connected to this case that have been seen in the GJ courthouse.

Like the Tour Manager, and other employees of D4.

They discuss the POSSIBLE types of Grand Juries it could be. Maybe an Investigative process, and not one that can indict?
But then again, SOMETIMES an investigative GJ is also allowed to vote to indict IF it meets the evidential threshold.

No one really knows for sure which kind it is yet though. ALTHOUGH the DA that has been seen onsite is the Major Crimes DA, so some think she wouldn't be spending so much time there herself if it was just in investigative process?

And they pointed to certain clues in recent LE statements which indicate that D4 might be the suspect being looked at.

And also a discussion about why it seems it is possibly more than just a low level charge like disposing of a body.

It's worth listening to, I believe.

Yes I have listened/watched this and found it very helpful explaining some of the legal aspects of what is possibly happening behind the scenes. I'm from UK so I'm not always familiar with the US legal system and how it works.

Can't think of what "accessories" one might order to go along with a "burn cage".

Geragos tried to give a defense explanation for those things, saying maybe it was to clear the brush for wildfire safety etc. lol

First of all, the rental tenants would not be the ones to do that.
Second, they had a gardener that would have the necessary equipment and manpower.
Third, the owner would be responsible for that kind of upkeep, not the music industry tenants.
And from the overhead pictures, there is no heavy foliage that would call for that.

Geragos also said that if there was no blood or DNA on the tools then it would not be important. I disagree.
Just the act of ordering the tools, under a false name, to the premises, imply there was some kind of intent behind it.
True, they never actually used them. But maybe they were going to do it when the returned from tour?

I'm not going to defend this David but it wasn't an incinerator. It was literally a box with 5 metal panels. Used to create a cage structure so people in rural areas can burn stuff for some reason.

Definitely nothing I've ever seen in my years of living in California. But it does not have a heat source and it's not an incinerator.

These are the words and verbiage used by the investigator that IMO is making the public believe things that aren't true. Even those little things matter.

Possibly but doubtful, imo.
Reasons why not== why use a fake name?
Why send anything to the house? They have a huge crew that handles props and set direction. A music video would order that stuff through the record company and have it delivered to the prop master, tour director, set director or producer.

At 20 min into this Brian Entin interview with Mark Geragos, Mark describes a fight between LAPD and the Medical Examiner. He says that the LAPD has tried to shut down the Medical Examiner through the court system. Mark Geragos says the Medical Examiner is not "singing from the same script" as LAPD which is why there is a need for the grand jury process. This way they can get witness testimony and experts outside of the Medical Examiner as to the manner and cause of death of CR.
