That's sure a smiling relaxed face considering this case is about the MURDER and ABUSE OF CORPSE for a MINOR D4 was having sexual relations with.

This is exactly what I was thinking!! That smile is actually pretty creepy considering what this guy might be involved with! So glad there is finally movement on this case.

Private detective SF previously said he uncovered cctv of the last person who drove the Tesla to where it was towed from. My personal opinion is that person is Neo. There's a reason why he does not want to participate as a witness to the grand jury.

I think we have 2 or 3 possible people who fall into that category and imma go with the one who was the first domino to fall.

Our justice system is founded on they who rat first with the Truth gets the Best Deal so I keep saying Neo needs to get on it asap cuz david isn't gonna think twice about throwing him under the bus IF it boils down to 2 of them. david has a lot more to lose in terms of career, fame, money.

I have nothing in common w mom of neotheasian but AS a parent, I hope she has taught him some sense of street smarts.

As we first reported ... Neo was pictured getting handcuffed by a small army of cops in Helena, MT, after an L.A. judge signed off on an arrest warrant. He was then transported to L.A. and booked into LAPD's Metropolitan Detention Center on $60,000 bail.
1) Neo was surprised? Sure, no one will suspect Mom's Montana home as a hide out?(insert eyeroll) Wonder how long they had him under surveillance? Did he "surrender peacefully" or did he attempt to run or claim they had the wrong person (ie) produced a fake ID?
2) His bail is $60K and not ROR (released on own recognizance)...guess he already blew that opportunity.
3) And, he is already back in LA....wow that was fast.
4) Does he get arraigned on Monday? When does his 72 hours begin? And if he was willing to leave the state to avoid testifying, what makes anyone think he will be willing to cooperate now?

Oh I agree. I think there's definitely more than 2 or 3 others involved, which is why it's taking so long for the police to unravel what's happened and who is directly responsible. I was just sharing because it's the first time I've seen it reported in media that police are looking into more than one suspect.

I'm also a parent and I would be horrified if my son/daughter was tangled up in anything like this. There are videos online which I cannot share here but gives a bit of background into Neo mom...let's just say he comes across as a nepo baby and in my opinion D4vd and all his cronie friends all come across as a bunch of self absorbed wannabes..I mean it takes some front to not turn up as a witness to a grand jury...clearly thinks he's untouchable...but like you say d4vd will soon throw anyone and everyone under the bus when it comes to it...so if they have any sense they better start talking first.

Neo has family or at least family has LA connections (he went to high school in LA) ... so I just hope his attorney talks some sense into him cuz he has nothing to gain by lying or trying to be shady at this point.

It just seems madness to send US Marshall's to Montana, arrest him, charge him, extradite him back to LA only to let him out on bond so he could possibly disappear again?! The fact he didn't turn up to a legally required grand jury speaks volumes of his character and how he is handling this whole situation. These d4vd hanger ons may have money & connections...but they sure dont seem to have a lot of sense (or morals).

And as for D4vd...no one seems to even know where he is!

It's not for murder. At least for now. Who knows what could happen.

So far, just a witness. But I bet he doesn't want to talk because other witness talked about him and he doesn't want to be confronted. Just my 2 cents.
