In this article it described the body as just the head and Torso. I think the details got mixed up in the rush to report this because the story was somewhat salacious given the owner of the car.

(I own a Tesla) The frunk would accommodate a small (intact) person stuffed inside. It's not huge and there would be no extra space but you could do it if you were small. The onboard data package, which I am sure can be accessed by Tesla Service, records every time you open or close the Frunk, which key was used, the dashcam video which includes side cameras, GPS data, speed, braking, battery status, charging etc.. There will be a ton of data for LE to go through.

'LOS ANGELES (KTLA) – A day after human remains were found in the trunk of a Tesla impounded at a Hollywood tow yard, police confirmed the discovery of another set of remains at a different tow yard.

Sonce they have batteries instead of a normal car hood, they add a little trunk in the front — therefore, frunk (Front Trunk)

It seems one would have to be incredibly stupid to use such a car for hiding a body. But I’m just thinking that perhaps when the car is completely inoperable the security systems no longer work either?

It should at least have the basic type emachine c-moss battery type o crap that no matter how good you are at reformatting you still cant get off. So once it is reset it will come to life again , except in every bad way . IMO..

No it will not.

As others have posted, the body could have been there a very long time before the car was abandoned. The intent might have been for it to be stolen.

I imagine there are many people/crew associated with show productions.... a fronting crew that doesn't ride on the tour bus scoping out the area, hotels, restaurants, tv/radio interviews etc. With that thought, it would be possible to also have someone drive another vehicle to make it easier to
get around town. It would be so difficult to try and find a parking spot at a restaurant with a huge
touring vehicle.....and a separate vehicle for personal/business/employee use makes sense.
The Greek Theatre is only 3.9 miles from the Hollywood Hills area. Many people in entertainment live in the area (I won't mention current residents) from Michael Jackson to Bing Crosby.

right index finger must have been present. also they state she had long dark wavy hair, so clearly her head was found as well.

they said the head and torso were present so maybe the 'torso' includes an arm and hand
