And on a personal gripe....She was only 14 years old when she was killed, if coroner's presumed time of death is mid-August. She will always be 14 years old...that will never change for me. Just because someone finds a 14 years old body 10 years later, the victim will still be 14 years old, not 24 years old. Right? (Her death could have been even earlier if the vehicle was garaged out of the sun and heat.)

On paper they would be considered 24 because that's when death would have been pronounced unless there was a definitive indication of when they had actually died (this is how the state of Arizona lists migrant deaths in their public records, for example).

The onboard data package, which I am sure can be accessed by Tesla Service, records every time you open or close the Frunk, which key was used, the dashcam video which includes side cameras, GPS data, speed, braking, battery status, charging etc.. There will be a ton of data for LE to go through.

in my opinion absolutely not. It would be very hard to shove a freshly deceased body in a bag in a 2023 model Y Frunk even dismembered. her missing poster said she was about 120 lbs when she was last seen. The news reports are saying the body was 71 lbs. I think she had to have been put there sometime after decomp had began and she was was dismembered but they had enough of her parts to use her dental records to ID her and know that she was wearing leggings and a tube top.

Some sources say that she was reported in 2024 ; but have not backed up with an official police file report.

I had a particular teacher in secondary school who fancied himself a profound speaker and saw every assembly as an opportunity to pass on an important life lesson. He jumped on the opportunity to turn any tragic news story involving a teenager into a cautionary tale (including one involving a friend of mine, which still makes me mad to think about). I can only imagine the sermon we'd have heard had anything ever happened to a former student of his.

It could well be that CR's teacher had the best of intentions and I'm just projecting my own uncomfortable experience onto him, but that video didn't quite sit right with me

I have not been following every comment here but will state my opinion.

1) The singer and deceased reportedly share same tattoo "Shhh" which in its self is disturbing.
2) Assuming a personal relationship existed between singer and deceased it is odd that the singer did not notice her missing or incommunicado while he was on tour.
3) The singer did not report the deceased missing nor the car missing.
Of course a plausible explanation was that he was unaware. The forensics from the Tesla computer as well as the evidence at the singers home will be important as will the exact TOD of the deceased.

This whole situation is "highly Irregular".

right index finger must have been present. also they state she had long dark wavy hair, so clearly her head was found as well.

they identified her almost 10 days later with her dental records. hair may have been present as her head and torso were recovered in the bag. there are multiple photos of her with the Shhh tattoo. Found on the 8th. Identified on the 17th. Im speculating that they already knew there was a possibility it was her as she was a missing person known to be associated with David and his circle.

Oh hit the brakes on this revelation. DAB's "custom" bloody shirts are no longer going to be available for purchase....Oh darn!!
But, wait for it, wait for it......look at the pictures on this story....specifically picture NUMBER 3 as you scroll down. Hmmm apparently those custom made shirts are laid down on large black plastic tarps... Shut the front door!!

Celeste and D4vd were seen together on video, seemingly linking the pair in the past ... and her mother told TMZ she was dating someone named David.

Since Celeste was thirteen when she was found dead, did they start dating when she was twelve ?
And from the mom's admission to the TMZ, it sounds like she possibly consented to Celeste having a dating relationship with David.
Red flags abounded but it was too late for this young girl.

The article doesn't say, but I wonder if Celeste's family called the police and nothing was done ?
In which case LE may also bear some responsibility.

Honestly I'm not suspecting this guy at all. His tour dates/locations show that he would've been halfway across the country. No way he goes home to LA (or NY) when he has a day between Midwest shows. I'm sure they've already determined via surveillance that it wasn't him that parked the car. The window of time from which the car could've been stolen without his knowledge was huge.

The fact that he had a song called "Romantic Homicide" means nothing. Maybe in the caseb of R. Kelly, some songs make you think, "Welllllll...". But probably 90% of musicians have a song about homicide.

Someone who says they moderate D4vd's Discord server and Twitch channel is trying to clear up what they knew and didn't know about Celeste Rivas, the missing teenage girl whose chopped-up body was found inside the trunk of D4vd's Tesla.

Although the message posted on Discord claimed to be written on behalf of Discord and Twitch ... a rep for Twitch tells us told the moderator is not employed by them and the statement was not made on their behalf.

We've reached out to Discord...so far no word back.

Everyone seems to be in cya mode now.

Maybe Discord and Twitch need to monitor their users better to prevent underage kids from being exploited like Celeste was ?
