so does my son he is all "free bruh cain!!!" instead of sending this message why not send that message by getting tough on child predators. what he did was wrong but fr they only filed one charge when there could have been many and let him out on supervised. no ma'am. not ok.
 
wow, of all the possible ready victims thanks to Goularte's mother's home daycare, in which he resided, not real smart to pick Cain's relative to victimize. I don't agree with taking the law into his own hands, but given that Velasquez is listed as a client of the daycare in some articles, it seems clear that this was a close relative and I can imagine that the molester being let out on house arrest with ankle monitor and staying 100 yards away from children left a pretty sour taste in Cain's mouth.

its a very close relative, im local. but TOS cant say more plus its a minor victim :(

Same here. If it turns out he's guilty, I doubt people will be very sympathetic to his plight.
 
Of course the “victim” of the attempted murder is innocent until proven guilty.

With that said, it will be interesting to see how this plays out. Can’t imagine Cain being found guilty by an entire jury though.

there was a lot of talk of her addiction and shady dealings surrounding it. ther may have been more to the nesler case.

This is awful for sure and sadly enough, wayyyy too common. My local jail has several with lists of molesting and exploitation charges a mile long. I don’t understand how they grant bond for such dangerous people. As for this case, I agree with the mans anger but we know how the laws treat these situations.

Former UFC champion Velasquez denied bail

denied bail, cannot request bail again til april unless charges are added or dropped. this is patently unfair. from the link:

"Is there anybody out there who finds it beyond the pale that a father was not consulted when they released the perpetrator back into the public with zero-dollar bail, yet they're holding Cain on no bail? This is why people are disgusted -- and rightfully so -- with the criminal justice system."

the good news is he aint messing around he hired mark geragos. also seems to out who they said the victim was which has been out here unofficially. and BBM RIIIIGHT???

"Goularte, 43, was released from custody Feb. 25 without bail, against the DA's orders, per the DA. He was ordered to stay in home detention, remain 100 yards away from any child under 14 and wear an electronic monitoring bracelet."

maybe if this had been abided by none of this would have happened.
