Apparently, per AP and NBC:

Man looks like Dorner, burgled a home and tied up occupants. Shoot out with LE, took off in stolen car, crashed, ran into the woods, and weapon found in car.

Not confirmed that it's Dorner. No injuries to the occupants.

It sounded from the reports like he stole this truck right by the command post
after holding a couple hostage in their cabin right by the command post since his truck burned.

Family member of person who was tied up, was definitely Dorner and the person who was tied up was not hurt. Will confirm.
