There's a comment on the Help Find page by an Admin of the group about how LE is treating Danielle's case (see link below). Although I think it's permissible to copy it here, I'm going to err on the side of caution.

Help Find Danielle Bisnell

For reference, I am linking WS rules regarding group support pages on SM:

Oh no... Dang it, dang it, dang it. I'm going to bullet-point so we have all that on the thread. MOO
  1. Redding police released surveillance photos that may be associated with DB.
  2. LE believes DB traveled to central Oregon early Dec 8 on I-5. She may have been on her way back to Redding two days later when communication stopped.
  3. The surveillance footage from a Redding business is of a vehicle and a man.
  4. On Thursday, DB's mother told KRCR that DB called her on Dec 10, and said she was at a rest stop on her way back from Oregon.
  5. DB did not have a car, so we asked how DB was she getting around.
  6. She shared with us the last phone call she had with her daughter.
  7. "She was with a man named Eric, he was making her a bed in the back of a van so she could get some rest before she got home but she had to stop and get Derrick's (Danielle's son) birthday present. She would call and let me know what happened and everything when she got home. I never heard from her again."
  8. Her mother said that after she got off the phone with her daughter, DB also made a Facetime call to her friend while she was in the van.
  9. "She did Facetime AB and she did put the phone towards Eric. He did describe the man that you see in the picture. But she never made it home so we need to know what happened from that point on."
  10. Call Redding Police Investigations at (530) 225-4200 or Shasta County Secret Witness at (530) 243-2319 with any information.
  11. The Shasta County Secret Witness is offering up to $2,500 for info leading to the whereabouts of Danielle Renee Bisnell. Click here for their website.

I started following this right when she disappeared, and did some digging. Sounded like she had disappeared for periods of time before and since at the time it hadn’t been too long and there was little info, left it at that. Interesting that they have found the man and the van.

Also interesting that she had the man on FaceTime, and if I were a perp I certainly wouldn’t want that, so perhaps this is one of those few times a kind person was actually just giving her a ride and she disappeared after parting ways?? Maybe I’m being too naive. Maybe something went wrong after or he wanted something in exchange for the ride which she wasn’t willing to partake in...

ETA: I didn’t learn about her case from WS, it was some time in December that I looked into her.
