of course....she went out the back door

I bet her attorneys are already working on this. I hope someone protects the new baby/prop. Wouldn't be surprised if the baby is somehow "born" with severe multiple disabilities, and needs care from the mother, so EH "MUST" have immediate "compassionate care" review.

Truth. Surrender her passport? Meaningless with that much money. She could go live on a yacht for the rest of her life.
Face lift and…voice change ( pa-leeez!)

Really transparent she thought being preggars would spare her! JMO

I wonder where Sunny Balwani, former BF of hers and co-conspiratior is right now.

"Compassionate release is a process by which inmates in criminal justice systems may be eligible for immediate early release on grounds of "particularly extraordinary or compelling circumstances which could not reasonably have been foreseen by the court at the time of sentencing"...
"....medical or humanitarian changes in the prisoner's situation."

Not a chance of success imo. This woman has wealthy parents, and a wealthy partner who is the father of the children. They have the resources to care for these children, whether healthy or sick.
It would be an insult to any inmate who genuinely is affected by "extraordinary or compelling" circumstances.

Looking into Venezuela.

After today, I expect he's looking at a sentence of about 30 years.

I don't think that Governor Newsom would be receptive. He didn't let Susan Atkins out and she had Cancer.

Federal vs. State, the governor wouldn't have a say in it.

This looks like it will probably be her new home.

She's gotta be terminal, methinks.

But how about she tries to get out of her work job in prison? Maybe claims some kind of disability?
Though Martha Steward doesn't seem to have managed that, so....

I love reading the handbooks and commissary lists...

I love how EH will immediately get the rules and regulation, expectations and responsibilities. She's never had to comply with those....always a special snowflake.

This is pitiful....a commentary on the poor education system in this country:

Even though current policy accepts a high school diploma for custody classification, good time credits, education programs, etc., a high school diploma does not necessarily certify an inmate is literate.

Is that prison seriously called DUB DUB?

I hadn't really been following this case lately, but I had to come here after I saw that a) she was pregnant again (how totally irresponsible and cruel but such a narcissistic thing to do) which many of us called as something she would try to pull as a total ploy for sympathy, and b) that it didn't work and she got 11 years which is honestly more than I was expecting. Thank you Judge Davila!

Maybe she'll finally get her degree while incarcerated.
She coulda got a degree at Stanford. Instead, she's gonna get some kind of correspondence diploma?

I am so happy she will spend a meaningful amount of time behind bars!! I was convinced she would get away with fines or home confinement or something. Life is about to become much, much different for her.

No, it's FCI Dublin. In my town. This is terrible! I don't want her here. It's bad enough that we had the actress from the bribery scandal here- Felicity Huffman.

Why doesn't she have to report immediately???
Cause she's spec-cial? Obviously she is ----- cause she is being treated with kid gloves. They should haul her ---- to prison pronto!!!!

It's a good sentence but she should start serving it now!
She can deliver her calculated baby in prison!!!
