With the parents being arrested makes one wonder what was found in Dads car that they seized and searched Tuesday.
My bet is the digital trail will sink them.

I'm reasonably sure it is unrelated, but this last week every time I have checked flightradar24 for news or LE choppers up in that area, one or 2 have been circling around Big Bear Lake. Seems too much work for this pair to make a drive that far. More likely people up there for recreation overheating or dropping off cliffs etc. Could be par for the course with that air activity.

Out of interest does California have the death penalty ?
I believe the short answer is yes as Scott Peterson comes to mind on death row. But when was the last time they executed somebody? And they did away with it after the Tate-LaBianca murders so Manson and his crew ended up OFF death row.

Just saw that J H + R H got arrested.
I hope the judge who released J H after such a short stint in prison gets canned, frankly.

My guess is, they'd find a spot out in the "scrub" as a family member used to call it. Desert, with nothing around but a lot of shrubs & scorpions. Plenty of scrub around Cabazon, considering it basically IS in the scrub.

Apparently yes, but there is a moratorium on them. Kind of confusing though. Prosecutors can ask for the death penalty. There is the moratorium. The last one was in 2006.

I tend to agree, but digging a hole is some work, after all. Might help to explain his long sleeved hoody last week though.

Last night on video he appeared to be in a short-sleeved T.

per wiki for what it's worth

Capital punishment is a legal penalty in the U.S. state of California. However, the penalty is not allowed to be carried out in the state due to a standing 2006 federal court order against the practice and a 2019 moratorium on executions ordered by Governor Gavin Newsom.[1] The litigation resulting in the court order has been on hold since the promulgation of the moratorium. Should the moratorium end and the freeze conclude, executions could resume under the current state law.[2][3]

I lived there years ago, the ground is hard as a rock. I doubt they bothered to dig, but found someplace to just leave him. Ugh, that makes me feel sick just thinking of it. Poor baby.

I think he intentionally wore the white hoodie to project his "innocence". Boo hoo.

Very glad (and VERY relieved) these two were arrested today and for murder. Not at all surprised, but very glad.

Now...where is Emmanuel??

Link to CA executions since 1978. Given the population of the state and last one in 2006, IMO prison justice might be higher odds.

Hopefully one of those two will start talking and tell where he is.

CABAZON, Calif. (KABC) -- The parents of 7-month-old Emmanuel Haro were arrested Friday, just over a week after the baby was reported kidnapped in Yucaipa, authorities said.

Thank you! I was seriously wondering WTH is wrong with California when we read about the warrant on Dad, weapons charge while on probation?! Send him back to prison, STAT. That wouldn't have even required a judge or search warrant. Pick him up, book 'em Dano!

It'd be a trip if he ends up in the same prison with his brother in law (RH's brother) who murdered his girlfriend. Holy cow, what a family.

So which one will crack first? Or will mom and dad hold firm, hoping the baby won’t be found?
It's good to remember that RH had NO problem marrying JH and having 2 children with him all the while knowing that <modsnip: Do not use the name of a living minor child who is not the subject of this discussion> was left paralyzed, blind and with 3% brain function.

For starters I blame the DA and the judge for whatever these two did to Emmanuel and I still can't believe the media didn't delve into both men and the mind-boggling beyond offensive slap on the hand sentences JH and Vanessa got.

From the get-go JH should have been held w/o bond and given 25 yrs at the very minimum.

If RH is the one to flip the DA (same one who signed off on his last sentence) had best not give her immunity for squat.

Maybe the DA and the sentencing judge are shaking in their whatevers knowing that they are to blame?
Doubtful though.
IMO

Not that I have any desire to be "fair" to RH, how do we know what she knew about JH's kids? Most likely, she knew what he told her, and most likely, whatever he told her was a lie. So... there's that.

Either way, regardless of the horrific lack of justice for that sweet little girl, justice IS coming now.

Agree. She had multiple chances to do the right thing, even if she was scared of the horrible person she married.

She could've gone to the police station instead of the Big 5 store.

When the police showed up, she could've told the truth.

When questioned by police, she could've told the truth.

And any point, she could've told the truth.

No immunity, imo.

Is it possible that LE has found little Emmanuel, but are not telling the public yet?

I’m still so angry that someone who left his 10 week old daughter in a vegetative state was able to not only walk free but father another child…Emmanuel would’ve never even been born if his “father” had been put away like he should have been.
