Yes I am saying if they found child abuse via medical examination for the removed 2 year old it’s possible the report was made Thursday which would have indicated the haro residence as the location of the abuse

How it was written about the abuse call isn't clear.
Did the call come from within the house or did someone call CPS and report abuse that took place at the house?

Could the child abuse call have come from JH's ex-wife Isabel?
She just filed for a protective order against him and maybe their son was abused and finally told his mother?

The 2 yr old daughter was removed from the home before Thursday and if they found any injuries on her or healing injuries that would warrant an immediate arrest, unless LE was waiting until after they arrested them for suspicion of murdering Emmanuel.

Thanks for posting this! So in one of those documents it states JH was arrested on June 27, 2024 with a felony charge of "convicted felon and narcotic addict own or possess a firearm". He plead not guilty to that charge and not guilty to "Prohibited person own/possess a firearm".

Do i interpret this as JH being addicted to narcotics and therefore cannot own or possess a firearm? Is this why he was arrested?

This may have been answered already, but the firearm arrest was a violation of his probation for the severe abuse of his 10-week old daughter. He has a hearing scheduled for Sept 2 if the current arrest did not make that hearing null and void.

Since it is related to his sentence for what he did to that daughter, I presume it is still in play,

This but i wonder what he did to get busted on that? Cant own a gun cause youre a felon, but how did he get caught for having a gun? any vists on that sheet around the time he was breeched?

I've got a lazy eye and mine wasn't detected until I started school at age 5, though the usual type of eye test. I'm not sure how one could be detected in a 7 month old baby, as the test involves verbal interaction.

We first noticed one eye started not tracking with the other when my daughter was six months old and hadn't seen it before then. At that age, the pediatric eye doctor tested by observing our child's eyes tracking little motion activated animals (cows that raised their heads to moo and wagged their tails) located a short distance away.

I don't know if this is true in every case of strabismus, but we were told it happens because one eye has much better distance vision than the other, so the brain "turns off" the eye with poorer vision so the child uses only the "good eye" to see and then the other eye wanders. The child is prescribed eyeglasses and patching over the "good eye" is done to retrain the brain to utilize the other eye (its vision corrected with corrective lenses) to see. Our child was also prescribed "vision therapy" - particular exercises combined with patching to continue to train the brain to use the eye with poorer vision. Over time, our daughter's vision in both eyes improved, although at 29 she continues to wear corrective lenses (eyeglasses or contact lenses) and one eye requires quite a bit more correction than the other.

Any guesses on what sets Jake the monster off? He can't stand hearing a baby cry at night, he's on drugs or drinking and just loses it? I want to know what makes him tick, including information about his childhood.

If so, this actually makes me wonder if the kidnapping story was a change in plans. Maybe once he died, they originally planned to just erase all traces of him and hope there wouldn’t be too many questions and eventually he’d be forgotten. Obviously this is a flawed plan, but these two are clearly not masterminds. I wonder if there was an event shortly before 8/14 that made them decide they needed to make up the kidnapping story. Maybe the recent family funeral the grandmother mentioned?

I wondered if they considered telling people the boy was taken by CPS and put into foster care or something like that. With this couple, would anyone question that? Eventually, they could claim the foster family adopted him.

a guy lke that managed to have 5 children, and its starting sound like he abused every one of them. Probably tweakin out and couldnt handle diapers late night feeds or crying. Makes me sick,

That would have been a much smarter story. Problem is, 1: it would have made them look bad and 2: they are not smart.

No idea, but per the terms of his probation, a probation officer OR LE could search his home, storage etc with no notice. That said, I would lay odds maybe a traffic stop or....Important thing is they caught him with firearm and ammo.

They probably ran initially with what was on his driver's license. Glad they put him on a scale!

I think this is really a big deal, that LE has video of RH, in her parking spot by Big5. I am pretty certain there is no sign of an abduction or her baby boy in that video.

That viewing of the video, while police were interrogating her, must have been excruciatingly awkward. Suddenly she KNOWS that they know. Her immediate reaction was to stop the interview and leave. But this isn't over.

I hope she gets her own attorney because her husband's attorney is going to try and pin it all on her, like he did with the assault upon the 10 day old baby. IMO

Thank you, TMich, for posting his record for that conviction. I was positive I heard he only served 1 day and there it is in black and white. MSM keeps reporting he served 180 days but he did not. He was sentenced to 180 days , 179 days on work release.

That is even a worse tragedy than only 6 months in jail !

You gotta be effin' kidding me. How even a semi decent human being can let someone who MAIMED AN INFANT, leaving her in a vegetative state for the rest of her life, go away basically unpunished?

Thank you, That is exactly what I wanted to know, he had to submit to immediate search requsts with or wthout cause. So even. when he should have been looking over his shoulder cause he had those conditions, the fool still chose to carry a gun, talk about ego.
