Does anyone have the record of police calls to the house handy?

I drove Gilman Springs and Hwy 60 today, but apparently not at the same time the search was being conducted. I am trying to decide if I really think that is where Emmanuel is. One one hand, it's DARK through there at night. No one would realize what you were up to if you were pulled off to the side of the road. Jake might not be able to pinpoint where Emmanuel is just based off of that, especially if Emmanuel was placed there some time ago. On the other hand, there is so much other desert to leave someone you didn't want found in, that I find the side of the road an odd choice. Hwy 60 is a very busy location. If I was up to no good, I'd choose somewhere away from passersby. I'd head east, away from population. They headed west, toward population, if Jake is being honest.

One thing I can tell you is that locals are FURIOUS and have no kind words for these two. I would not want to be out in public if I was either one of them. It would not end well. I don't think I've ever seen so many people following a local case and being so hatefully vocal. Honestly, it's a little scary but I 100% understand it.
If they do get out I dont think it will end well for them there at all. This whole situation is an absolute nightmare! Have you been to the house/memorial?

Arraignment was scheduled for Tuesday, but continued to Sept. 4.
Parents of baby Emmanuel Haro charged with murder and false report to authorities

I believe August 5th was the last credible sighting LE have found of a living baby E by anyone outside of the Haro household. That is the reason for August 5 thru August 14 Date of believed death. ETA they just don't know the when of it yet. MOO
If the 16 yr old we've heard reported about in the media also lived there with them, she may have informed LE that it was the last sighting from anyone inside the home as well.

So a timeline of August 5th - 14th.

That suggests the last credible witness saw the baby of the 4th August.

Unfortunately the chances of finding him considerably diminish with that long time line as they likely had close to 10 days to hide him.

Sweet little boy 😩

I think Emmanuel suffered pretty much from the day he was born. JMO.
I would also say that we had been abused and neglected from the day he came home from the hospital. I see the Deputy Public Defender has said that the parents will need public defenders, with at least one requiring separate counsel. Does that mean they will be tried separately?
I wonder why the arraignment was moved to September 5th?

BBM:
JH has his probation violation hearing on Sept 2 for possessing a firearm and ammo.
Clean-up before the arraignment?
Their public defenders need time to come up with reasons why the bail should be lowered so they can go home? S/

Is August 5 the same day as RH's nephew's funeral?

Arraignment actually moved to Sept 4. Both may need public defenders, but it should be made clear at that arraignment.

From that link:

"Their arraignment has been moved to Sep. 4, and per Cosgrove, the parents have not yet retained private counsel."

Could come down something as simple as available court time for reason it was continued to Sept 4?

She’s been upgraded to first degree murder. His remains murder with malice.

The "separate counsel "and "private counsel" could be for JH's probation violation for possessing a firearm/ammo?
Is Vincent Hughes still representing JH on his probation violation or has be booted out of town on a pre-planned vacation that he couldn't cancel?
Was he anywhere to be seen today?

imo

"Brian Cosgrove, the Deputy Public Defender, County of Riverside, spoke outside the court, explaining that the parents will need public defenders, with at least one requiring separate counsel.

Their arraignment has been moved to Sep. 4, and per Cosgrove, the parents have not yet retained private counsel."

I was wondering about Grand Jury. Thanks for posting CA doesn't have that process - I didn't know.
