If she's a victim of domestic violence she's liable to be terrified of him.
I'm guessing he won't be too comfortable in prison when the other inmates know what he did to that poor baby boy. This is of course if he's found guilty of murder.

In the beginning I truly thought she was the victim of domestic violence, and I still think she very well might be. However, I think it went both ways and I believe the children suffered at the hands of both adults. Everything seems so toxic in that family. My opinion of her changed when more photos started coming out of her arrest and after. Sure, she has a black eye or two, but her facial expressions just don't look like someone who is a victim only and not a victim/perpetrator. I don't know if I am making any sense. I'm just not getting the vibe I'd expect. I know you can't get the whole story from just a photo. The severity of her charges changes my opinion, too. Maybe I'm just angry and it's clouding my judgement.

This would seem to clarify the delay in arraignment.

"The Haros’ arraignment was ultimately pushed to next week, which, according to Riverside County Public Defender Brian Cosgrove, should be enough time to ensure both Jake and Rebecca are each appointed separate attorneys who will need time to learn more about the case."

I think he came up with the whole story and she went along with it.

If LE think that JH killed Emmanuel, it's smart to take him out to search, for the optics. Now they can tell RH he's cooperating and he's going to pin it on her if she doesn't tell the truth, and show her pictures of him "helping" with the search.

Both court times are for 8am not sure about the USA but in Canada it could be 3pm before the judge is anyone going to watch the courts this morning?

there's 6 time zones in Canada and 9-11 in the U.S. - it depends on people's locations - California is PST which is also in western Canada I believe which means some Canadians could be watching at 8 a.m.

I beg to differ. She looked absolutely defeated and scared in the court appearance today. I truely believe he told her they wouldn’t get caught or tried because he got away with the last child. I hope I’m not wrong but I def saw real emotion in her at the hearing today

I thought this was interesting. Steve Fischer -- SF Investigates -- posted this Tuesday morning on "X." At 10:30am on Aug 26, he received a communication from the Riverside County DA's Office concerning his tweet about JH receiving a 180 day sentence in 2013 (179 days served through work release.)

For those who don't have "X," this is a quote from the post:

They wanted to clarify that the Riverside County DA objected to the sentencing of Jake Haro. The judge acknowledged the objection on the record but proceeded to sentence him over the DA’s objection. The DA’s Office wanted it to be clear that they did not offer that sentence and were not in agreement with it.

(If this has been previously reported, I have missed it. I wonder if it will come up in the press conference with the DA that is scheduled for Wednesday morning.)

I guess in the picture, to me, she seems to have a knowing look. Like, this is what involvement with that man got me.
