I can think of several scenarios where even if one or the other tell the truth, sweet little Emmanuel’s remains will not be recoverable.

Landfill, fire, dismemberment/scattering/wild predator consumption (sorry to be so graphic).

What was done to Emmanuel prior to his death, or actual cause of death may never be known. We’re reliant on two people who are known liars and are highly invested in saving their own azzes.

Like the Kahleb Collins case, although they did find bone fragments in the fire pit, so there is a chance that this poor baby could be "found".

Unless Mama Haro participated in the abuse. Like in the trial for Orrin and Orson West, I kept thinking Mrs. West would say something, but then she was actually implicated as a participant in the abuse.

I decided Mama Haro was part of the conspiracy when she was still sticking to the "kidnap" story, and meanwhile, Jake had already lawyered up. And was assisting LEO with the search, or was present. I think he will throw her far under the bus. Just my opinion.

Sadly nothing indicates that "his mama" had any kind love for him.
LE claimed that EH was abused up until his murder.

Had she even one drop of love for him there was no way that during the timeline that he was murdered she could not have somehow gotten in touch with LE or via someone else to reach LE to tell them that her husband murdered her son.

Not having done so leads me to believe that RH was a willing participant throughout and is hanging on to hope that her son's body is never found which is a defense her attorney will run with for a plea deal or in trial.

Mama Haro - we don't know much about her, her early adult life, her daughter (or daughters?) from a previous relation/marriage, a divorce (if there was one) and why her daughter (daughters?) maybe didn't grow up with her. I would like to know about it, specially about custody issues in the past and the Why.

8/26/25 Update: Rebecca & Jake Haro appeared in court with public defenders representing the mother & father were officially charged with 1st degree murder. With a $1 million CASH bond set for both. "The Haros’ arraignment was ultimately pushed to next week, which, according to Riverside County Public Defender Brian Cosgrove, should be enough time to ensure both Jake Rebecca are each appointed separate attorneys who will need time to learn more about the case." Their arraignment will continue on 9/4/25. According to the Riverside County DA's office, they are also charged with making a false police report. Rebecca is currently being held at the Robert Presley Detention Center, while Jake is being held at the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.
9/4/25 Update: The Riverside County Public Defender's Office has assigned Deputy Public Defenders Allison Lowe & Paulette Garthwaite to represent Jake & Rebecca will be represented by private attorney Jeff Moore, who was appointed by the court. A Cabazon couple pleaded not guilty in court Thursday at their arraignment on murder & other charges. Along with murder, both are charged with filing a false police report. The child's parents appeared at a joint arraignment in Riverside County Superior Court. I know of one case and I'm sure there's more, but , them pleading in exchange to tell where little Emmanuel's body is , is not fool proof. Once the agreement has been made , it's made , but both of them can be set free in a matter of a couple years. The case I'm referring to , is Ashleman killed James and said he threw his body parts in a river. They let him plea and took police and everyone else on a goose chase . This is 10 years ago and James has never been found and Ashleman doesn't have much time befor he's released. So I say no , to a plea if it can be avoided , but, then I'm not a judge . This BS needs to stop. I hope they can gp to court without little Emanuel's body !!
Adding that Ashleman has 6 years before release , and still no James Chambers.

There's been a lot of cases that have gone to court without a body being found and a good outcome for Justice for the deceased. They have enough evidence and the whole story from previous years , warrants life without parole for each one of these animals ! I hope that's the case .
