The problem for her, IMO, is that she didn't assist police/prosecutors when she knew he was in police custody and she was not in danger of violence from him. It points to her complicity in the death, IMO.

Further, since Jake pled guilty. The DA has no need for her help to provide any testimony to prosecute him. So along with your point, I don’t know what her spin will be on not guilty? Particularly if Jake provides a statement on her role, as part of his plea bargain?

What good is it now to hide where they put him? He’s admitted to killing him, she knows her kidnapping story didn’t work, just say a few syllables that would locate Emmanuel’s remains so he can be buried with respect.

IMO, little Emmanuel's body is not recoverable. I feel if he was, the monster sperm donor would have given that up by now.
