The update is at the very top once you click it.
When I first clicked it hadn't refreshed yet on my end but sure enough:

"UPDATE: August 18, 2025 – The investigation into the disappearance of 7-month-old Emmanuel Haro is continuing. During the last few days, investigators have conducted extensive searches in Yucaipa and Cabazon, looking for Emmanuel and any evidence that might lead to his location and circumstances surrounding his disappearance.
Investigators have served several search warrants at the Haro home and utilized K9s to aid in the investigation. Additionally, a large amount of surveillance video has been obtained from areas of interest and are being reviewed."

Hopefully they found something that they can use to find this baby. The parents don't strike me as the sharpest crayons in the box so I expect they've made myriad mistakes.

Interesting that the parents state that the 'lazy eye' was not due to a disability. This child presents with very obvious dysmorphic features consistent with a chromosomal abnormality of which one of the symptoms may be hypotonia (low muscle tone). Infants who are hypotonic often have dysphagia (feeding difficulties, trouble swallowing, increased risk of choking, etc. )These features would have been noted at birth if the birth occurred in a hospital setting or elsewhere under the care of a Nurse Midwife. My point is, when was this child last seen by a physician ? Did the parents intentionally not access appropriate medical care on behalf of their child ? Could we consider that a (potential) untreated medical condition which was not treated may have led to the child's death, the parents panicked, and covered it up ?

Maybe that is pretty much always how he looks, due to something like low muscle tone. Though they did describe him as being happy. I wonder when/if LE gained full access to their phones; did they quickly turn over all devices to LE?

I noticed that he had a very distinctive look, similar to babies with brain damage, cortical issues. Unfortunately, children who have disabilities are more likely to be victims of abuse.

Someone upthread mentioned he has the “shaken-baby look.” I’m more familiar with the immediate signs in the hours or days after a baby suffers such a trauma. Do we have any experts who can explain how this looks later on in infancy after some time has passed? Could it even be the source of his crossed eyes?

And I have yet to see a photo where he is smiling (or showing any muscular control of his mouth/lips) or reaching out with his arms, or even has his arms raised or extended away from his body on his own. I'd expect those things in at least one random photo by the age of 7 months. So sad for this poor little guy.

Statement Analysts would have something to say about how she calls the seat of the car where she was changing the baby a "chair" and says she woke up "on the floor" instead of on the ground.
some have posited that is because English may not be her first language or her being bilingual. Which I think is a valid possibility, but I tend to agree with your theory.

She combined real events that happened elsewhere at another time with a made up version of what happened on arriving at Big 5 on the 14.
She woke up on the floor?

The floor of what? Earth? The floor of Earth. Not the ground. Not the parking lot. Not the asphalt. The floor.

Houses have floors.

Whatever happened didn't happen in the parking lot.

That caught my ear too. Seems she got a bit mixed up by describing her home instead of the car.

'suelo' in Spanish translates to both 'floor' and 'ground' in English
it's very common for Spanish (and some other) people to use the word floor where others would use the word ground

more details than i’d seen previously on the 2018 incident involving the father in that above link

On Oct. 13, 2018, Haro and Avina’s 10-week-old daughter was admitted to Hemet Valley Hospital. Doctors reported to police that the little girl had an “acute” fractured rib, six ribs with “healing” fractures, a skull fracture, brain hemorrhage, swelling of the neck and a fractured leg bone that was “healing.”

“The combination of the above findings in a pre-mobile infant, in the absence of a plausible history of significant trauma to explain the injuries, is indicative of abuse (sic) head trauma, child physical abuse and nutritional neglect,” the officer wrote in an affidavit for a warrant obtained by The Register.

Looks like he has some bruising and scabs on his face and nose and that picture looks like it was taken in a car. I wonder how old he wa shere.

I haven't seen any mention of the type of car/suv/truck they have.

These are the most bizarre pictures of a child we have ever seen

Your description of Emmanuel is sadly quite accurate as shown in all these photos of him when he was younger.
imo
