If gr-mother says she never took baby out of the car because he wasn't vaccinated, then was she going to leave him in the car when she went in the store ?
Too many discrepancies in this one.
Something happened to baby E , that they were both involved in. My opinion .
I'm thinking something like shaken baby syndrome and they both knew it .

I thought the very same thing, Emmanuel was injured at some point and what we see is the result of that abuse.

But a few posters with medical expertise, stated they see signs of genetic cause, not abuse - with the exception of the eyes. That could be caused by abuse.

What I found strange and confusing, was the description the parents gave of Emmanuel on camera. Only stating he was happy, healthy, hair soft as a feather, ect.

If you have a special needs child. The first thing you would say is just that and beg for someone to return him because he needs special care. They never said anything that was personal or unique about their Emmanuel.

This is the $100,000,000 question right now. I don’t think anyone has said. If it’s true they kept him in the car at events who knows how long it’s been since he disappeared. I wonder if he’s been missing for longer than we know, what caused them to call LE now?

Okay here’s the thing… I am a mother to a 7 month old. We do not vaccinate. He has no immunizations. He seems a pediatrician regularly who is okay with our choices.
If you make an informed decision as a parent to not vaccinate, you do not hide your child away because you are not afraid of illness or disease! This story has to be BS!
Take it from me. My son goes everywhere with me and is in perfect health. If Emmanuel truly is not vaccinated it’s because he has not seen a doctor because they are mandated reporters of abuse. I highly doubt these people are making educated informed decisions about their son’s safety. My opinion is that the grandma is trying to cover for them and she needs to just stop talking.

On Oct. 13, 2018, Haro and Avina’s 10-week-old daughter was admitted to Hemet Valley Hospital. Doctors reported to police that the little girl had an “acute” fractured rib, six ribs with “healing” fractures, a skull fracture, brain hemorrhage, swelling of the neck and a fractured leg bone that was “healing.”

“The combination of the above findings in a pre-mobile infant, in the absence of a plausible history of significant trauma to explain the injuries, is indicative of abuse (sic) head trauma, child physical abuse and nutritional neglect,” the officer wrote in an affidavit for a warrant obtained by The Register.

I think they do have separate lawyers. Or maybe that was the last time he hurt a child. This couple is a mess. He is a violent offender who should have been 'questioned' by ICE. I mean, if we are going to use ICE, let's use them to the benefit of this 'missing' child. Poor baby.

That assumes that ICE has the training or capability to do good police work and wouldn't simply deport him, thus allowing him to escape justice. I wouldn't trust ICE to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich right now. Solving murders isn't in their job description anyway.

If I had it my way, Jake would get the chair. He's clearly a danger to children and the slap on the wrist he got for causing life-altering injuries to his other child clearly didn't "rehabilitate" the monster.

There's also just no way that a lawyer could ethically and adequately represent both of them, considering her best chance of getting out of this without serious prison time is to testify against him. The lawyer would be conflicted out.

They couldn't take him to the doctor, because of the injuries. Skip vaccinations. I wonder the last time Emmanuel was at the doctor.

And husband has learned about that, because his previous child abuse charges came about when the ex wife took the baby to hospital. So maybe no doctors for the kids this time round.

Not that I believe the vaccinations are the reason the baby wasn't out of the car.

The grandma described the couple as 'homebodies" and now we learn that the baby was "never" taken out of the car.

Have we seen any photos of E sitting up or smiling? Did he ever get to seven months old?

Interesting that he states that the family did not create the flyer. He says the exact opposite in the NewsNation interview.

I do agree he should be behind bars for what he did to his 10-week old and that he's a danger. But I'm assuming he's a homegrown danger unless there is accurate information otherwise, not rumors.

Nope, someone else in the thread said that ICE should get on it. Idk where they got their information. Whether he's a citizen or not, ICE isn't trained to solve murders. If he's a citizen, then the previous poster's comment was probably a joke that went over my head.

When firefighters arrived on scene, they found a single-story single-family home fully involved in flames. A second structure had an attached shed that caught fire and some vegetation also burned, the agency reported.

It's SoCal, so fires just sort of happen, especially now during fire season, but the fact that it's so close is kind of suspicious. Maybe they're trying to destroy evidence. In which case, I hope they catch more charges for arson.
