the attorney represents dad only thus leaving mom to legally fend for herself. despite the father's history, i find this another very interesting bit of info that i don't like... no matter who nor what happened to this poor child.

jmo
Yes, it seems the mom is not represented by anyone (yet). That means, imo, nobody is advising her that the person who talks first will get the better deal.

What is she thinking will happen? This is not going to end well and her best shot is to talk to LE and tell them where the baby is.

i agree. also, i find it interesting these people aren't even pretending to have a 'united' front against suspicions.

There is a camera at the liquor store across the street which per google maps street view can see the very spot where RH parked with NO vegetation in the way. Supposedly there is video, which apparently has not yet been made public. IMO LE has that.

🤞 Please let this camera have been working properly! 🤞

Hi all! First time posting in this thread..
Reading the thoughts here that the father could have abused Emmanuel similarly to the child from his previous marriage, I was wondering how come the other 2-year old child is looking alright.
Then I remembered reading that in 2023 the father served 180 days prison time for his previous abuse. Do I remember this correctly? Is anyone able to verify it?
If so, could it be that he was in prison (read: away from home) while his 2 year old daughter was an infant?
Not that it matters to the investigation, rather it's just my curiosity in how such things can come about..

ETA: He was convicted on 06/08/2023 to 180 days in prison. So it's been about 2 years.
ONLY two years.....why was he even let out of prison. There is no rehab for this, IMO. <modsnipped: Unless there is MSM to support the type of abuse, we don't know.>

Do the parents live with the grandparents? Does he even work?

And aimed that direction. It just happens to sit at the correct angle to Big 5 there is good chance for useful video. At least enough to show RH perhaps throw herself on the "floor" with no assistance.

KERN COUNTY, Calif. (KABC) -- The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department says it's aware of a reported possible sighting of a 7-month-old boy who's been missing for nearly a week.
Possible sighting of missing SoCal baby reported in Kern County, officials say

LE don't sound real excited or urgent about this alleged sighting. Leads me to believe they either don't find it credible or have investigated it and found it not to be baby E. JMO
Yeah, Caylee Anthony was also reported being seen in a mall in Florida.....but we know how that case ended.

here's what the defense lawyer for dad said about liquor store video. and, it doesn't sound as if anyone was knocked out if it falls and gets back up. jmo

Hughes also said that detectives showed the Haro family security video taken from a liquor store across the street from where they say the baby was taken.

"Something falls, gets back up. That seems to corroborate exactly what Rebecca's story was in the beginning," he said.

Minor issue that SBSD was not given any more into than in Kern County.

"The sheriff's department said the potential sighting was reported in Kern County, but no other information was available."

Yeah, "something" doesn't raise much confidence in me.

"Something" could be a cat leaping down and then back up; or a ball bouncing itself up and down.

I pray she is alright. CPS did send police back there (mon afternoon the 18th) but they could not get an answer and appeared to look all over the property. Have to wonder why they were sent?

There are sightings in every missing child case, we’ve all seen this before. Too many indicators that Emmanuel was never with Rebecca that day.

I think that siting is about as credible as the report of “something falling” in the camera footage of where Rebecca was parked that day.

This is not a personal vendetta against Jake and Rebecca Haro. SBCSO is following the evidence in this case. I get really tired of criminal perpetrators playing the victim. The only victim in this case is EMMANUEL.

that is strange
It looks like what my G-ma used to do, I think it helped her understand better?? not all the time either, usually when conversation was more lively or intense.
