Circling back to why the car was moved. Just maybe...Let's say Nichole sees Erin's car parked off road. Her husband has left for the day too. hmmm. She calls Jon to tell him her suspicions that Chris and Erin are together. They go back to the car together. They move it just enough to let Erin and Chris "know" that they know they are together. I accept the witness's account 100 % and
his description of the man in the car matches Jon, not Chris. And we all see that Nichole could easily pass for Erin. (And wouldn't the timeline still have Chris and Erin at JTNP??)
There is no warrant for a red car because Nichole and Jon openly acknowledge they met up to look for their spouses. Even in a borrowed red car, it doesn't matter and won't be released as pertinent information. Jon doesn't call and report Erin missing until the next day because he figures Erin is with this

, he's been down this road already, is ticked off and really who thinks that murder would be involved?? Just a theory.
I do know that if I had to live across from the women that was sleeping with my husband I'd probably come across to strangers as an evil b***h too. I feel it too, but why are we so tough on Nichole?
