Just pondering if perhaps it does after all mean that yes they find her guilty, but are on fence of adding financial gain and lying in wait as additional circumstances she is also guilty of?

To me it sounds like they've ticked the guilty box for the murder charge and are now working there way through the special circumstances evidence. Hoping today is verdict day!

It's been very nice!

And I think it could be very possible to have 1 or 2 with doubts. A lot of this case was connecting the circumstantial dots after all, and not so in your face direct and obvious as people might "need or expect" after all the tv shows, I guess. I do have faith though that the majority will know what's what here, and will get stragglers to follow suit.
