Yes, that was what my first thought was as well. But, at least it looks like the jury is actually considering each Jane Doe's testimony, or I hope it does.

I have not been able to follow this like I had wanted to...I only was able to watch the first and second day of trial so thank you guys for keeping this thread updated!

Just to put my thoughts out there I think he is guilty as hell

You never know with jurors but could be the case; I haven’t watched all the trial so trust your judgement

If I was a juror and thought he was guilty of at least one Jane Doe, I could not reconcile it in my brain to discount the others, if that makes sense?

I really felt awful about and for Jane Doe #1

I totally believe in my whole heart he raped her, and did the utmost most dehumanizing actions a man can ever do to a woman but because of her alcoholism (and IMO a combo of that mixed with PTSD and feeling ashamed) her testimony might be discounted. It’s heart wrenching to me

I totally believe in my whole heart he raped her, and did the utmost most dehumanizing actions a man can ever do to a woman but because of her alcoholism (and IMO a combo of that mixed with PTSD and feeling ashamed) her testimony might be discounted. It’s heart wrenching to me

I believe them all! I hurt for all of them and I believe there are many more who have not come forward. He is sick and should never be allowed to walk the streets again. Moo

It's very difficult. Alcohol is often used by people who suffer from anxiety and depression. Not everyone has access to mental health professionals and medications. I think I would vote for a conviction on JD1. She came forward first. There was DNA. It was only after JD2 came forward with a similar story and was able to ID Winslow that they matched his DNA to JD1. I don't see a motive for JD1 to have lied when she reported it. JMO.

I see they haven't reached a verdict yet. They are on Jane Doe #4 though that is a good sign. They are going through each one.

Next will be Jane Doe #5. I wonder if they are filling out the verdict forms as they go along with each JD. Maybe they will wait till they have examined all of them.

I really don't think we will. It seems the jury's is not in agreement with each other. Maybe on some of the charges they are.

@lonetraveler - yes that is, and they said it wasn't the first time he did not eat with them. Just sitting without a phone or book for 1 hour.

OH OH. That^^^ sounds like they have a hung jury. They have at least one juror that doesn't want to 'follow the law' and doesn't understand what 'under oath' means?
