BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/FOX58) — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s help in finding an at-risk woman last seen Thursday, August 24, in the 1700 block of Mount Vernon Avenue.
Holly Westervelt, 41, is considered at risk due to mental health conditions.
She is described as White, 5'5" tall, 150 pounds, with brown medium-length hair and blue eyes.
She was last seen wearing a gray sweater, blue denim capri pants, peach-colored flip-flops, and a peach-colored crossbody purse.
